I was surprised when I saw one on channels tv spoilt along aya road in Abuja. I thought they were meant to be new buses how come it took 2 weeks to spoil? Abi na overload cause am? The passengers had to drop to get another vehicle.

Saw what I believed to be the buses @ Mile 2 some two weeks ago. Large luxurious-like buses painted in green. It said FGN assisted mass transit blah blah blah to be managed by an Urban bla bla agency. Don't rili know if they were the buses but they were new and about 10 or so in convoy.

Guess they are now parked somewhere gathering dust till de commence work.

I get the meaning of the word palliative but it doesn't necessarily mean treatment given to a person who is left to die. A palliative doesn't cure the underlying illness ( doesn't have to be terminal ) but gives an illusionary respite but Hospice care is treatment given to a person who is terminally ill.
