Nice tea cup, does it change according to the water temperature , does the colour change back to 'red' when its cooling down? what is it made of ceramic or some other material? Hows it like moving around china, seems there's a lot of air travel , from one region to the next |
Re: Welcome To The Future. Project China. by naijaspeak(m): 3:40am On Feb 06, 2012 |
Those life in china photos looks great and interesting. I guess you must have enjoyed yourself. However, it would have been a lot better if you had expressed those interesting sites that you visit in words or statement by describing those places. By the way, what are the job opportunity that are available for foreigner who want to live and work in china? Most of us in Nigeria know china as a place that most Nigerians ( mostly Igbos ) travel to to buy goods and come back to Nigeria to sell back home. |
Re: Welcome To The Future. Project China. by Lasinoh: 4:58am On Feb 06, 2012 |
Dis Guy: The Chinese love tea. Even the bathtubs in their hotel rooms are shaped like tea cups. The cup actually changes color. It has some engravings on the ceramic that adjusts to hot and cold temperatures. It is red when hot with a fiery dragon, and white with the great wall of china or the forbidden temple(depending on which you purchase). Very cool. It is made of pure ceramic. Moving around China is easy. . .inexpensive too. Very good, or should I say excellent transportation network.

naijaspeak: I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Each posting entry gives up only a limited amount of lines to give narratives. So, I tried to condense using youtube videos, which actually do a better job than what I would have narrated. Less time consuming to use pictures, instead of narratives. All pictures are live with a short description underneath. Because of language barriers, job opportunities are limited to strictly business. Working as a foreigner in China is quite challenging. Yes, most Nigerians who live there are solely shipping agents who have learned to speak Chinese to varying degrees. Mostly Igbo too. Many Yorubas too. There is a section for Igbos with Nigerian restaurants. . . Yup! I saw Akpu, Oha soup, Ofe Owerri and all! Yes, there is a lot to buy and sell. I deal in anything from human hair to furniture to electronics. My next stop is going to be Vietnam. They are giving the Chinese a run for their business acumen. Things are relatively priceable. . . It is worth the trip. 16 hours!!!! |

[flash=200,200]http://www.youtube.com/watch?NR=1&v=r57VHFL3YUU&feature=endscreen[/flash] Welcome to Chengdu. . . .The home base of the World-famous beautiful Pandas. Too far from Beijing. I did not visit this beautiful place. But worthy of notation. The history of my panda hat. You are practically chased around to purchase one of those hats. . .TILL YOU BUY ONE OF THEM. www.nairaland.com/attachments/630606_Entering_The_Forbidden_City__jpg923bf78b34413637ab6e47b5eb931ee7 I plan to visit Chengdu one of these days. Re: Welcome To The Future. Project China. by Lasinoh: 2:10pm On Feb 07, 2012 |
Dis Guy: Very interesting. I get bored easily, so it was better to mix business with pleasure. Vacationing while doing business. As you can see, my family was busy on the computers. . .THE BEST WAY TO COMMUNICATE AROUND CHINA. The place is huge. So, make a list of what you want to do . . . or, you will go MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD!!!! One reason. . .EXCITEMENT. If you enter a Chinese Mall. . . .you will understand. I have not recovered from the experience. [flash=500,500] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8RJD74Yvya0&feature=related[/flash] I hardly slept while I was there. I only visited 3. Beijing, Guangzhou and Shengzen. . . in 10 days. 2 weeks holiday package is no more than $5000 for 2. Including tickets. Transportation is the most expensive. Then hotels. Sight seeing is the cheapest. . . get a private tour-guide from the airport or your hotel room. Please, visit. . . it is an eye opener. If you are into computers. . .YOU NEED TO VISIT THE COMPUTER VILLAGE. A dream come true.
