Kabiru Umar aka “Kabiru Sokoto,” the alleged Christmas Day bombing master minder, who escaped from Police custody a few weeks ago, has been re-arrested. The arrest was made in Mutum Biu, Taraba State by Nigeria’s secret police in conjunction with other security agencies.

He was flown from Taraba to Abuja where he was paraded by the SSS in front of the media today.

I sincerely hope that his latest arrest won’t be a charade and that this might very well lead us somewhere in combating the terrorist sect in Nigeria.
