This is my main point.
This match's problems started from
1) Mourinho being over cautious and selecting the wrong wide men
2) Those wise men Mkhi and Lingard not being able to control a first time ball or even pass to their team mates. Mkhi in particular looked small, afraid and jittery.
3) When things got difficult in midfield Fellaini of little talent stood up like a man while the more talented Pogba ambled around like a man still doing his warm ups....the boy is naturally lazy, he is loftus cheek's mentor
4)Blind and Bailly were not at their best also and even their passing was off.
5) Then you can talk of Rooney or Zlatan or the other guys.
Rooney is a problem in this team generally but he is not the only problem AND in this particular match the problems were Mourinho, Mkhi,Lingard and Pogba

A No 10=AMC...A FALSE 9 CAN OCCUPY the AMC position now what's a false 9? The false 9 isn't a position it's a role and it's more suitable for the lone striker playing up front but a coach can assign it to AMC especially when the opponents have a pivot DM.

A false 9 basically runs round the place losing markers and it's quite ineffective to use on the NO 10 position but not Impossible TO work.
