This sums up the average United fan nowadays.... Unlike before, they used to be confident of winning in a battle against God.

Times have changed, and forever may it be this way!

United is now Liverpool.... Their target is now to finish in the top 4, where the fourphy they use to mock is now regarded as a coveted achievement

Why then was he kicked out at Chelsea or are you indirectly saying that Abrahimovic had no justification to protect his club from relegation?
dis question is quite silly, why was anceloti kicked out during his time at Chelsea?

Same reason Pellegrini was kicked out,
the grass is not always greener on the other side!

As at the time Chelsea sacked Carlotti - they finished runners up in the EPl - there lies your answer...

The comparison with the sack of Mourihno after he almost relegated them is pretty daft TBH.

there's no comparison, M just trying to tell you that managers are sacked for different reasons, and the board plays a big role in that, take for example bernitez at madrid getting the sack when madrid are still in the title race, moyes given up to 7months b4 getting the sack, LVG going November abi na December without a league victory and crashing out of the UCL group stages but was still allowed to Finnish the season, or mourinho getting the sack after Chelsea's poorest start in league campaign in Roman's era despite winning the league 18months ago and being their most successful manager.

Ancelotí finished second and got sacked, as at the time Pep's appointment was announced man city were very much in top four.
They were sacked not cos they were as woeful as Mou on his last job, rather the owners felt they can get someone better.

he was not just sacked for finishing second, he was sacked for going trophy less.

pep has been on man city's wish list, once the opportunity to get their man came, they didn't hesitate, they didn't care if pellegrini was doing good or not, so the sack of ancelloti and pellegrini are quite different.

That's exactly the point - The aforementioned managers were judged by their current results and/or immediate past achievements...

If you go back to your post I quoted, you would see that I highlighted the part where you talked about Mourihno's PL triumph 18 months ago (in an obvious attempt to defend him). Unfortunately, that is not his immediate past achievement at Chelsea - a relegation battle / incessant fights with players, staff & the media is undoubtedly a more accurate assessment.

If his current performances are (unfortunately) similar to that which got him kicked out around this time last year, i see no reason why winning an EPl title medal 18months ago should crop up....hence my initial query.

Mou went trophyless in the first season of his second stint at Chelsea and wasn't sacked until he almost relegated them last season. The fact is some boards believe in the hype of some managers. As it stands Pep has not convinced anyone he'll do better than Pellegrini.

That said, The fact that you had to go as far as an 18 month old achievement while skipping a 12month old one which he's yet to convince the jury that he's out of is hypocritical.

am not skipping the last year disaster, all M trying to say is that a manager who's a proven winner and despite his woefull campaign last year shouldn't be written off dis early its quite ridiculous to do that, that being said you can think otherwise its ur opinion and i respect it.

“It is really pathetic from such an experienced player. He’s come on to actually see a game out. No composure and it was obvious what was coming, you could see it a mile off.

“It’s nothing to do with the manager. He’s made the substitution for the right reason and the player has let him down.

“[His introduction] was purely to deal with the long balls into the box. You can see the sense in it but when he goes on and does such an idiotic thing like that…

“It was really poor from an experienced international. You can’t blame the management, it’s just a poor moment."

“The reason he [Jose Mourinho] brought Fellaini on was as protection for that back four… and he just does something stupid like that.”

I just dey laugh.

Last year, he kept shouting how Mourinho's failure to rotate players was what was causing our repeated failures. Now Conte is playing the same guys week in week out and is top of the league, yet Jose that is rotating more than a flying saucer is still failing...

Manyoo fans need to produce Leyqute for me. I need to hear his next words of wisdom...

As for your useless club that will always flatter to deceive with scintillating performances every year and would leave their fans short or reaching orgasm. I have nothing to say.

Remind me again, When did you last win the league ? grin

Despite spending half a billion pounds in transfer fees alone between just 2014 and now?

That's more than Everton have spent in transfer fees since the EPL began in 1992....
