Boko Haram may tear north apart – Yuguda
Bauchi State Governor, Isa Yuguda said on Thursday that the north is going through tasking periods that could lead the region to disintegrate.
But he was quick to add that ''without the region Nigeria will not stand.''
Yuguda made the remark when he received the management of Federal Radio Corporation Nigeria (FRCN), Kaduna Zonal Station led by its Zonal Manager, Alhaji Ladan Salihu, who paid him a courtesy visit at the Government House in Bauchi.
He said, “The FRCN must use its vehicle of communication to promote peace and unity in the north. We must show our determination in re-uniting the north and to promote peace because the north is, at the moment, in pieces.
“We have serious challenges in the north. It is a big task on all of us to promote peace and tolerance and everyone must take this seriously. If we don’t do that and the north collapses, posterity will hold us responsible.
“When Gen. Yakubu Gowon came here, I urged him to use the experience he acquired as a Nigerian head of state in uniting the nation especially the north.
“If we don’t have the north, I don’t think Nigeria will stand,” the governor added.
Yuguda also called on Nigerian leaders to emulate the virtues of the late Sardauna of Sokoto, Sir Ahmadu Bello, whom he described as a sincere, honest and God-fearing leader.culled from thejuristlaws..com

Nigeria will stand well well without the core North. I mean well well.
If you excise the core North from Nigeria today, the only way to know that anythig happened is that we would stop hearing about Boko Haram and mass murder in Nigeria. Shi ke nan.

Nigeria will hold without the north infact who need them their are the problem nigeria are facing today born to rule or make nigeria ungovernable and for the unity of Nigeria let them hold there trained boys i;e boko haram and secondly how can we emulate late bello that see southern land as his grand father estate claim
