I met this guy 2 months ago at a restaurant and we exchanged phone numbers. He keeps sending me text messages but never calls me. And when he makes an appointment to meet with me (like a date) he gives me different excuses why he can't make it. Now he's asking me to send him my pictures although we met at a restaurant 2 months ago what is going on?

if u ask me, I think he's just looking for someone to mess around with on the side.
if he's so into u, why won't he call u? why send texts
why won't he make time for a real date and keep to it?
