by the topic i refer to the niger delta leaders who up till now have not turned the region to a place 10times better than dubai. gone are the days when people talk about marginalisation. this goes a long way to show how each group in nigeria is lazy(when it comes to ideas). there are lots of intervention programmes in the niger delta yet they have managed to do nothing. in that region alone we have:

30% of federal govt budgetary allocation

ministry of niger delta

programme on amnesty

13% derivation

NDDC

oil companies intervention

states allocation.

the president being from there is also a direct intervention.
