The radical Islamic sect, Boko Haram, has said they would be no longer accept the proposal of a dialogue with the Federal Government, following the recent collapse in negotiation between both parties recently, the sect's spokesman, Abul Qaqa said yesterday. The sect cited insincerity on the part of the Government as the cause of the breakdown. This was as a result of mediator, Sheikh Ahmed Datti's withdrawal from the negotiations, who also cited insincerity as the cause.
