I raise this question because our security operatives cant seem to be winning the boko haram war confidently.

They only work with the information they get and some of them are no true but rumours.

Bakassi men were able to pin point armed robbers (whether past or present) who have or who is engaging in robbery.

If the northern govnors employ the bakassi boys, they may be able to pick out these sect members even before they make an attack since they dont have a uniform or means of identification.

Bakassi boys have proved their credibility in the east. So maybe the north should find an alike of bakassi boys to arrest the situation.

Believe it or not, our seemingly incompetent security agencies remain our best shot at crushing the enemy. You need to understand the basics of urban combat and unconventional warfare. Assymetrical threats are nothing like armed robbers.
