pls everyone here, am an actor [ upcoming ] i ave the problem like am slim and this caused many producers to be denying me of some big roles in their movies.pls what medication can i use that will help me gain weight within a month.am a martial artist so also i need to be agile,not big stomach like Baba sala.

No need for the pill/medication, all u need is eat alot of carb, protein, vitamins and vegetables. Eat 5 to 6 small portions of carbs/proteins per day, follow the meals with any high calorie juice. Eat protein bars between ur meals. Drink high protein milk in the morning.

All the above with decipline will get u fat. For muscle weight gain, alow each meal 30min to 45mins then follow it up with aggresive exercise, Four 50 push-ups per day (ie 200 push-ups) u can start with 30 push-ups and increase to 60 or 70. Alot of pull-ups will help also, ... got to go, will finish this later.
