Take it or leave it, the Pyrate Confraternity is not a cult or a secret cult. I know of two born-again xtians who were members of the Nat. ass of the Seadogs during my student days. At the unibadan, there were big advertisement boards of this admirable group placed at the entrance gate and another one at the student union block (sub). There was also a registered building in Samonda along UI-Sango road where members met regularly and openly. Please understand N/Landers, it is not one of those groups, you know the groups I mean.

C'mon now, the Prof is probably a member of Pyrates back in the day when it was a noble organisation. Isnt our own Nobel Laureate not also a Sea Dog? Till today, wherever Wole Soyinka goes, it is Sea Dogs who come to pick him up from the airport.

Having heard what what most of you have said here, it's imperative to say that most of you are mis-informed. NAS is a registered association here in Nigeria.
