I believe Conte is not stewpid. He knew there was a bid for Costa in the works before he chose to let him know he is no longer welcome.

Costa fired the opening salvo by going to the press to state he is going nowhere but Atleti for £20m. So Chelseas response is to let him know we are kicking you screaming out the backdoor like Jazzy Jeff in Fresh Prince of BelAir. Contes text to Costa must be meticulously planned and agreed upon by the Chelsea suits.

The koko is sha that he is a UK citizen by birth and refused to recognise the army of his country of birth, despite the fact that the poppy as a symbol has nothing to do with the Troubles.

Jeremy Corbyn is another person that has refused to wear a poppy, and refused to sing the national anthem, and not only is he a UK citizen, he is English.

Yet those gestures are political rather than religious.

My point is simple, those Arabs and Asians are the ones that tie Religion and Politics so tightly together and try to export their brand of Religiotics. Some of those players might have seen no reason to be sympathetic to the dead from a country that bombs them everyday.

We cannot use the behaviour of those guys as the bench Mark for all Muslims. Like I always say to Dayo, those people from the middle East are fighting a political war..they just packaged it within religion l.

Guy i was on campus during 9/11. The NIGERIAN non-Asian and non-Arab muslim students were happy that day, a few openly but many more were subtle but it was still obvious.
At the onset of Boko Haram when they were mainly targeting churches and beer parlors killing innocent people many NIGERIAN non-Arab non-Asian muslims were defending them even on this same NL.
The non-conformist, quasi antisocial and intolerant brand of Islam has extended to all corners of the earth not only Arabs and Asians and there are many "moderates" who though do not have the will to carry out these dastardly acts are quietly supportive of them.
Trying to cast this issue as only a cultural and regional political issue is akin to digging a hole in the sand and hiding your head in it.
This problem is such an endemic and deep seated problem that lines delineating the Middle East socio-political problem from Islamic extremism have been blurred probably for ever.

Turkey that is actually quite secular. Come on man, let's not act like Turkish football fans are not simply crazy hoodlums that shoot at teambusses and stab rival fans in the nyash.

Let's not act like Turkey v Greece is just a football rivalry, rather than an international rivalry between 2 countries that have officially fought 4 wars against each other and invaded each other's territory several times since their last war.

You put agbero fans in a football match against hated rivals and you act surprised when they act likI'm e Agberos

Behave yourself Dayo.

The first video embeded was actually from Bosnia vs Ireland. I dont remember the Bosnia moslems having a political warfare with Ireland. Bosnia is not even middle East

A MINUTE’S SILENCE at the Aviva Stadium for the hundreds killed and injured in the Paris attacks was interrupted tonight by opposing football supporters.
The silence was planned for tonight’s play-off match between the Republic of Ireland and Bosnia and Herzegovina but a number of supporters in the Bosnian end of the ground appeared to shout during the period of reflection.

This is exactly my point. Its this type of denial and trying to rationalize it that these people cash in. Liberals all over the world try to give excuses for them. I have seen many guys who were moderate before and within a few months became radicals. In my secondary school there was one all the early Obesere lewd songs of the 90s he was the one who taught be because his house was beside a record store, One day after his conversion around the time those Shariah riots were going on in early 2000, he was arguing that Shariah should be implemented in the South and he told me that if it comes to it, He will kill anyone to defend Shariah

I was in Bauchi around 2004 US election and I was almost mobbed for supporting George Bush over Kerry. The guy I was arguing with a fellow corper from Kogi was saying all sorts that Americans deserve to die.

9-11 there were many moderate Moslems who celebrated it in Nigeria and even in America

A retired police captain, Peter Gallagher, said he cleared a rooftop celebration of 20 to 30 people at 6 Tonnele Ave., a four-story apartment building with an unobstructed view of Lower Manhattan, in the hours after the second tower fell.

Jersey City police cleared a group of celebrating Muslims from the roof on 9/11, a retired captain says.

"Some men were dancing, some held kids on their shoulders," said Gallagher, then a sergeant. "The women were shouting in Arabic and keening in the high-pitched wail of Arabic fashion. They were told to go back to their apartments since a crowd of non-Muslims was gathering on the sidewalk below and we feared for their safety."

FBI agents took several residents of the building into custody days later, according to neighbors and an account in The Star-Ledger. It is unclear why they were detained.

* Knight was one of two Tonnele Avenue residents who said they witnessed a crowd celebrating on John F. Kennedy Boulevard not far from Masjid Al-Salam, the mosque where Omar Abdel-Rahman, known as the "blind sheikh," preached before the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.

Carlos Ferran, 60, who lives in the same building as Knight, said he was on his way to a liquor store to buy beer when he came across the gathering on the sidewalk.

"Some of them had their hands in the air," Ferran said. "They were happy."

* Numerous people called police to report an exultant crowd on the roof of 2801 John F. Kennedy Blvd., a distinctive, five-story apartment building at the intersection of Sip Avenue, said retired officer Arthur Teeter, who worked in the radio room at police headquarters on Sept. 11.

Officers were dispatched to the address at least twice but were delayed getting inside because the front door was locked, said another retired officer, Bruce Dzamba.

"By the time I got to the roof, no one was there," Dzamba said.

The building was cited in a Sept. 16, 2001, WCBS television news clip in which reporter Pablo Guzman, citing unnamed sources, said federal officials had detained eight men seen cheering on the roof. That account could not be independently verified.

Teeter, the officer who worked in the radio room, said the address was one of several where 911 callers cited rooftop celebrations.

"There were enough calls that it was disturbing," he said. "That's the only word I can use."

* Three additional officers who remain on the Jersey City force said they witnessed small groups of Muslim celebrants on Sept. 11, but they would not speak for attribution, citing a department policy that prohibits media interviews.

The officers, including a high-ranking official, said their reluctance to speak publicly also stemmed from concern they would run afoul of Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop, who has repeatedly said celebrations did not take place.

"I saw it with my own eyes," the ranking officer said. "In the end, police officers are professionals, so we just observed that stuff and sucked it up."

I think I've missed my way, am I in politics section... shocked

Costa gone is good news, I don't even care about if he gets a team. His outburst during the China saga was heart breaking.

Mahrez, Morata or Sanchez who's the best to pair Lukaku. ?

James McClean is actually Nothern Irish. He was Born and brought up in Nothern Ireland - That's the part of Ireland that is British. He just plays for the Republic - the part of Ireland that isn't British.

Without going into too much complexity, the fact remains that James McClean refused to recognise a symbol of British National Pride due to perceived injustices

Saudi Players have the right to do just that whether we agree with it or not.
You judge for yourself. Was their attitude ethical? Stop defending wrong. You have no obligation to greet your neighbour, but you do so because you are a rational being.

I think our glory formation is cracked already, we need to come up with something different again to confuse our enemies grin

Lukaku-Morata

No wonder he wants to bring bakayoko. Well, he needs to get the players that fit into his preferred formation. I dont know how lukaku will fare when paired, i see him more comfortable as a lone ranger or in a front 3.

3-4-1-2

I just hope lukaku will not disappoint some of us, considering the pressure that comes with his big money signing.

Well, well, well. Conte sent a text to all Chelsea Players wishing them a happy holiday and advised them to maintain their shape for the coming season. Costa gave a S2pid reply which angered Conte.
Boom! That was how it happened

Lukaku and Pedro/Batahuayi can be accommodated in a 3-2-3-2 formation. Both Kante and Luiz could form a midfield pivot, with Fab, Hazard, and Moses supporting the two strikers

I see your handwork for that other side.

BTW, I don't think Conte like luiz In midfield. He rather field Matic.

Just when i thought Murray has gotten a handle on his mental strength and incessant choke jobs, he proves me otherwise. Stan with his height which translates in power serves and returns is legit on clay.
