Application always starts in September should be the same this year. My sources says application form fee will remain unchanged. Watch this thread and also the application portal by last week of this month.

Avoid any kind of agent who say says he can assist you, you will be scammed. To get into NDA you need Good results, Good Physicals, Good scores in the Entrance Exam, Good scores in the Interview and Good prayers.
