yes, these guys have so much money that they dont want to make more money, they want toys and trophies etc.....MAN C and Chelsea are such toys to these billionaires, they just want to take a "toy", and make it the best toy around all the available toys out there. Man City won the EPL this yr so it cannot be THAT bad for this particular toy.
