There are several outlets in Lagos that sell (even in Computer village). The packaging and seal of authenticity could assist you in recognizing a legit copy (hopefully). However, if you already have installed from a copy that isn't genuine (BTW, in Microsoft's view, genuine means a legitimate purchase and not necessarily a "fake Windows OS" ), you can visit Microsoft Genuine and purchase one there. Once payment is successful, they ship an install media (CD/DVD) to you, provide you a link for download and email you a genuine key.
