President Goodluck Jonathan yesterday formally launched energy saving bulbs, which are also known as LED (Light Emitting Diodes) with a view to encouraging Nigerians to buy the bulbs in order to reduce the cost of energy consumption in the country, which is part of government efforts to reduce electricity cost especially on the poor masses of Nigeria, urging the media to help in propagating the benefits of energy saving bulbs.
