D Bible says we shd not be unequally yoke with unbelievers. Unbelievers in dis sense means those that do not believe in what you believe in.

A child's mind is a clean slate, whatever you imprint on it sticks. If you must let your child play with atheists, let them have a solid believe-system. Otherwise they wil be indoctrinated.

Present to them good and bad; advice them to choose the good - but also let them choose whatever they want to choose. That is, when they grow up to be adults - do not force them.

The mothers said that they see some "funny" spirits in those children of the atheist. They said that they would prefer it if their children did not mix with the atheist's children, especially at the atheist childrens' homes/birthdays. The children with the women were at least 10 to 15 years old. There were 4 children altogether.

This whole thing got me thinking. I wonder, would you let your children 10-16 have friends that are atheist or children of atheist parents?

Stop trying to claim that u can prevent from playing with those children of atheist parents

1) u need to make ur children to draw those other children closer to ur house and teach them the word of God.(you may or may not believe but in our village the son of a juju priest 'dibia' was ordained a catholic priest cos right from childhood the child had refused his father's belief )

2)even if u prevent those children from player together with ur kids can u also prevent them from playing in sch?

If atheists can let their kids mix with theists , why can't it work both ways. Whats the fear? -that they would question their beliefs ?. Why don't you want them to question it if you are so sure of what you believe in.

Children are made to learn, what better way than through friction. Why would anyone want to raise closed minded children.

aaahh! You think I am joking? Atheist? They gonna kill you! In Nigeria, it is better to believe in Guru Maharaji than open your mouth and say there is no God at all. If you are gay, guys might not talk to you but some girls would still be friends with you. If you are atheist, nobody will come near you, even other atheists wont come near you for fear of exposure. Even if you are in a danfo, people will say make you come down so that the bus wont have accident. You don't know Nigeria .

otswag: Preventing your children from associating with other children because of difference in religious beliefs will send a wrong message to them. U are indirectly teaching them to detest people just because they they think different even if they have other great attributes. This idea alone is the cause of the holocaust suffered by the Jews from the Nazi so its a very wrong thing to teach your child. If you teach your children the ways of the lord and it makes sense to them, u shouldn't be scared that your teaching will be corrupted by beliefs of atheists. Yes, they would have questions but if you believe strongly in ur religion, u should be able to provide them with sensible answers.
