I don't know about tthat o! I know fruit ferments sha, so it might not be a good idea. I do mine daily.

Ok o. Will get all d ingredients by tomorrow. I cant wait to get back my flat tummy. My lil chairman stopped breastfeeding on his own at 8 months. Thank God i exclusively b.fed him. Otherwise i'd have been feeling too guilty as i planned to stop at 12 months

Pls my mamas I started my 2months+ on cow & gate first infant formula yesterday & so far so good he has tolerated it well. I want to ask how frequently am supposed to give him water and also what quantity?

i doubt dat. the individual ingredients are all natural healthy stuffs we kno, so if one can cope wt d taste, y not? Plus reduce carbs as she said.

See them una wan be figure 8. Lol! Here is the simple recipe to flat tummy
Its a lemon/ ginger drink.
Ingredients
1 lemon
1 ginger
1lime(optional)
1/2 cucumber(optional)


Cut the ginger to small pieces and put in a pot. Add 1litre of water to it and boil. Peel the lemon and add the peels to the pot. Boil for 5mins. Turn off the heat, cut up the remaining lemon(the insides), + the lime and cucumber add all to the pot. Cover and leave overnight. Sieve it in the morning and bottle. You can chill or drink it warm. Do this daily for 1month.
While taking this step please cut down on carbs intake for quicker result. It works like magic, I was introduced to it by a friend. So I decided to share with my fellow yummy mummy!!
Please this is not for bosom feeding mothers.

I was told "not giving water after formula can cause constipation". The water comes after feed, so there's no way it will reduce their nutrients intake.

You de fear? It all natural. Way better than a lot of refined products we take daily.

my dear the thing make "oversense". If you can tolerate the taste, you are good to go. I couldn't believe something so natural works wonders. God is awesome!!

No. They need water as long as they re no longer breastfeeding exclusively.

Varies. but at most by 3months. Some attain control arnd 10wks, some earlier. 8-12wks s within normal.

It has nothing to do wt hot water biko. Does she have any level of control at all or does it just wobble freely?

Yes, she has some level of control. But not 100%

I think your baby is fine. Babies are different and achieve milestones at their own pace not by all these record time keepers. So far he/she has some level of control at 3 months, I think it's okay. As they grow older the neck will be firmer between 4-5 months. I don't think a 3 months old baby can have it all together perfectly.

Really? Don't give my babies water o, as long as they are not constipated but I agree it's very controversial.

It's fine if you want to give water but I didn't give water to my LOs and they never constipated. Their system worked fine with the formula I bought and I also adhered to the measurements religiously.

There so much a baby's tummy can take, if water fills up that space, where will the formula stay?

But like I said above, it's a controversial issue but talking from experience, I didn't give water until 6 months and my LOs never constipated.
