Its better you wait till your baby is 6months before starting him/her on tombrown, but if you have older kids,you could give them,even you sef can take it then baby will suck from breast...

The Business class is a 4 week business Whatsapp class that aims to teach how to start up and maintain a business especially an online one.
One is currently ongoing.
I really can't say for sure when the next one will be.

Good evening ma'am, how are you and the baby doing? I guess your catarrh and headache are due to stress, purposely sleepless nights.

Silverbird helps, just a drop in hot water and steam yourself with it. But more importantly, if you are doing vigilante group during the night, ensure you get adequate sleep during the day, that's if your baby sleeps during the day or you have someone with you that can take care of the baby while you sleep. Pele dear, it's part of the package.

If you are exclusive breast feeding, take alit of water and your baby will poo but if it's formula, please give baby plenty of water. He will poop.

PREKG is from 2 yrs IMHO. You can be homeschooling her till then
