Like any other network in naija,swift Network came with lots of promises. I acquired my router from them about a year ago. It has been going well until recently,am on N1500 weekly plan,I used to pay eight weeks in advance. Recently i hardly enjoy 2 hours service a day and at the end of the week my N1500 is gone with no apology,I called 2 dash ago to lay complain only to be told that the mast serving me is down,swift knows about this and my money keeps going. Today I called the technical line more than three time and each time i will wait for like ten minutes before the machine will tell me no body to answer my call. Please is any one suffering the same way? My Id is : 16903
