Afternoon, I use a tecno y6 phone, it charges quite slowly, so I decided to get an infinix fast charger. On plugging it to my power bank, it blew the power bank and my phone stopped charging for some time, so I returned the charger. Now my phone is charging again, do you think it is safe to buy another infinix fast charger or what do you advise that I do?

no much p just reset your phone .....

power off the phone

then power button and volume down (or try up of it gives you a chineese mod)

you should see wipe data /cache

that should fix it

but you'll loose your phone files....

I was thinking if there is any software I can use to connect it with my system that will not request for USB debugging cos Dr fone that I have is requesting debugging and I can't access the developer option

And I want to know also if there is any way to get back the contacts if I ever flash it

Like may be a recovery software

(1)Its either you sacrifice all your contacts, flash the phone and hope all returns to normal.
(2) Put the phone in a special corner, remember it in your prayers and fasting. And hopefully, it might correct itself.

My system can read the photos and videos on the phone

But I need to read files on the internal Storage Like contacts

So I could copy it out and flash the phone

Help me please
My infinix note 2 dropped on the floor and the network signal went off right away. The only where i now receive reception is near network mast. I took the phone to carlcare at ikeja they told me they fixed it but getting back to my place still the same issue.. I dont knw how to explain to them because right there in carlcare bulding am getting reception on the the phone.. Pls help!!! I need a carlcare engineer to attend to this
