Because if it has anything to do with reduction of funds spent on fuel subsidy then you would know that one way of doing that is the removal of the fuel subsidy completely, so we don't have to even be talking about this issue in the future apart from prosecuting past thieves. Transport sector received a boost with the introduction of the 1600 buses donated by the Federal Government to TUC, I have seen those buses ferrying people in VI, VI has 2 of those buses, and I have seen them daily.
