is leadership.

Leadership, simply defined, is influence, and leadership happens at all levels" family, community, business, church, etc.

To succeed in leadership, we need spiritual, mental, emotional, physical and social maturity;

Spiritual maturity being perfect alignment with God, Mental maturity is having educational development, emotional maturity is the ability to walk in love, having overcome malice, physical maturity is fully developed physical faculties and social maturity refers to fully developed people skills.
