Others are ok hence its ICT but for TEST, not sure. As per transcript, make a copy to dept and d original to pg college. Forward pg docs to pg college as sch is opening on monday, also send dept docs to dept. Forward them asap from next week.

check the website. Not sure anyway especially due to transcripts issues because the application ought to had ended long ago.

Submittion of docs ends Jan 31. I doubt if they'll consider you without transcript otherwise go to oau to explain yourself.

Your transcript has to be addressed to the pg college. But in this case, considering the time, you can forward the old one and probably have to submit it yourself explaining why it is so. Under normal circumstances, it should carry your transcript label and addressed to the uni. If that's your best summation, good luck.

Acceptance fee is not late, according to my understanding you will pay it along with your school fees. For the online registration just open the link contained in your admission notification email
