Just wondering if it has ever occur to anyone why marriage as an institution is the only institution where the certificate (wedding) is issued before the exam (living as husband and wife)....

The simple reason is that many of the bridal candidates would be drop if the exam is to come before the certificate, just my opinion

Its hard to find God ordained wife these days, the way to go about it is that you look back to your past relationship and see the girl that you strike a balance with from the girls you Ђα√ع been with in the past.
