Sahara Reporters has just learned that around 2 pm in Maiduguri, a suicide bomber attack has hit the palace of the Shehu of Borno State Alhaji Umar Garbai Abba Kyari. It is unclear at this time if there are any casualties. The area has been cordoned off by army officials. More details to come.
