That is what I am hoping against. At this point, we seem to have no choice but to wait for 2013 as he said we should during his last presidential chat. My fingers are crossed that he at least deliver something tangible by then since we are more than $5 billion dollars in this hole and still nothing showing up. $5 Billion is 1/4th of what China is even saying it will be willing to borrow african countries next year.
