detectives from Delta State Police Command have arrested a six-man kidnap gang, which allegedly kidnapped a 70 year old cousin to the Delta State Governor, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan, Pa Sam Uduaghan, last month during the visit of the Inspector General of Police, IG, Mr Mohammed Abubakar to Asaba. read more http://giditrend.com/police-arrested-the-kidnappers-of-uduaghans-cousin/
