Congratulations to everyone dat has been called to banking school or on training at the moment,i just wanna beg everyone of u in this category,pls read every line of d manual given to u and understand it to d best of ur knowledge.u r even lucky it is for 4weeks,u can imagine going tru 6months training and at d end of d day kicked out.pls and pls,read,dere is no pardona ny were even if u get 58.u r not gonna b picked .plsssss.a word is enuf for d ....

sorry to say,am very sure wen u submitted ur cv,u must have seen d criteria for cv acceptance in UBA,we dont accept cvs from HND holders,its either ND or Bsc.my advice is,dont waiting ur time expecting to hear from UBA cos dey wont call u,if u can update ur cv,leave d ND and remove HND,find someone to help u submit it.all d best.

john yakubu: plS, are CV's still being accepted. Want to go there this morning. I actually gave my CV to someone to submit for me earlier and I met all the criteria (age, graduation class of degree and WAEC specification) for shortlisting, yet no invite. Not sure if the cv actually reached UBA's HR . Pls can someone be of help by givin info on weda cv's are still being accepted. God bless u. p

Noone was posted to operations amd about 70 was posted to marketing,while 23 were retained in headoffice

gross pay for ABO is about 5.4million and BO is almost 7million.not so sure about d figures but i am given u a close figure sha.

Wow, this suggests that UBA is beginning to adjust its recruitment processes by reducing it to just 1 interview before medicals which in my opinion is the better but tougher option.
However on a more reserved note, when I carefully consider the abnormal high rate of successful test candidates awaiting interviews in UBA (given that they can't employ even as much as half of the candidates) one can indirectly imply that this UBA job hunt competition just got a bit tougher than it was before given that candidates would now be afforded only one chance to proove their worthiness of the job and no longer the three consecutive interviews like it used to be previously.
Or it could also be possible that U came off so exceptionally impressive in your interview session with the panel and they perhaps taught it fit to give U a straight ticket to Medicals..
U sure are a lucky girl if that's the case but if the former is the case, then the numerous successful test candidates are advised to brisk up their interviewing skills to impress at their one and only 30 - 45mins to express their worthiness of the job amidst the tough competition.

well i will say it all depends on the number or pple u meet in d panel,if u meet 3pple in a panel,den dats all but if u meet just 1 person in a panel,it means u av 2 more to go,cos u av to go tru 3 interviewers wether u like it or not.in my time,i met wit dem once but dat same day,some of my friends met wit 3persons at diff time,wont say any is beta,but i almost jumped out of my skin cos dey bombarded me wit so many questions.all d best everyone

@precyclove,i just want to advice everyone dat is already in training school,pls and pls,make sure ur BM or BOM appraises u very well.dont just ignore d appraisal cos in my time,pple passed d test,but appraisal messed dem up.
Secondly,for d marketing module,read everytin u can find under crdt,i got 80% of my questions from dat aspect ad it wasnt funi,God was just on my side dat day.then read on attitude,den for cards,mastercard can b used internationally while visa is just for african countries.wat is PIN(personal identification number),PAN(primary account number),then d amt for collecting d types of cards.but basucally,read well on credit,all aspects

If ur 3years experience is from banking itself and not micro finance bank,dem u can submit ur cv,but i know dey r no longer accepting cvs except u know an insider in the HR dept dat can help u out.best of luck.

I cant say wat u will be expecting in d RBHs interview.u xan ask pple dat have done interviews with RBHs,but all i will just say is u need to b confident in urself,and God will surely c u tru.

To those dat need b sure if d next TS will b june,d ans is YES.
UBA has decided to have 2 sets on Trainees every year reason been dat for jan set,u shld av finished TS by july and b confirmed by dec as a staff and july set shld b av finished TS and b confimed june,another reason been dat so u will partake in d appraiser period which is always july and dec.i hope dis helps.

I think the next set of banking sch will b june/july.

To everyone currently in BO for training,pls and pls,read oh.UBA questions aint gonna b dat easy anymore.
Some many peeps dat just finished Training didnt make it and no pardon was given to dem,even if u score 59.9999,u will b sent out.plssss,try and read in btw lines and understand wat u r reading.
It will b so bad to hear dat some pple wont make it after my plea.wat d 3rd set experienced last week and 2weeks ago wasnt funi even tho UBA academy announced the set as d best set so far in all d trainees dey av trained.

AM means assistant Manager

EToP is d 1st grade in UBA,followed by ET.ET comes with promotion after performance and not by confirmation.u r paid 60k during training,and it last for 6months after which u will become EToP and u start earning 147900,while ET is 171k.its a good deal for now cos we r d second highest paid in d financial institution.

Cant really say about d exact amount for SBO and AM,but for SBO,it is btw 500-600,then for AM btw 650-700just look within d range.
