Crazy. I'll like to know the process through which you attained this knowledge.
From knowing about juju to knowing popular views of it are (were) strongly influenced by Nollywood.

Celebrities / Re: Nigerian Musician/singer Headcannons! by Fvcknames: 9:55pm On Aug 07, 2022
FeelDeMusic:

Asa is a twenty-year-old college student, going to the Institute of Music for the Unbelievably Gifted and Powerful, an extremely futuristic and luxurious music school located in the middle of Japan, to study Afropop music along with her roommate Yemi Alade, and her nextdoor neighbor Tiwa Savage.
She is a calm, smart, sweet and incredibly wise young woman who is always willing to help those in need. She can often understand and comprehend things that not many people can, and often this can be to her advantage, for instance when determining if someone she has just met is ok to be around or not, or understanding extremely deep philosophical, spiritual, or mentally-challenging subjects without them having to be explained to her a lot. In layman's terms, she's a geek!

In terms of her personality, as mentioned earlier, she is wise, gentle, soft-spoken, sweet and motherly. She is a huge, huge optomist, sometimes to the point where it can get a little irritating for her friends, however she takes this criticism casually and without any harm done. She also is strong, independent and agile, often being praised for her physical strength. In fact, she is praised for almost anything that she does, for she, truly, is wonderful at anything and everything that she tries to do. She is humble when people applaud her, and, at times, this admiration she receives can turn into envy, especially for both Tiwa and Yemi.

Asa is very dedicated to her schoolwork and what she came to the academy to study. In fact, music, to her, is the most important, holy and precious thing, and she believes that without it, she'd perish. and won't even think of missing a due date for any of her assignments. Often, she has to scold her roommate, Yemi, for doing the opposit of her, but Yemi pays no mind to Asa and continues slacking on her work.

She actively and strongly objects to any sort of music that is not deep, meaningful, and that does not talk about serious issues that are going on in the real world or that are personal to her. She does strongly support her friends in their endeavors, though.

Her favorite thing to do is study philosophy, language, and religion, as well as go to a café and write a song or two. She hates crowds and wild parties, and would rather just be alone reading Shakespeare or Socrates.

Oh, and she's also secretly the daughter of the goddess Osun and does not want anyone to know, which explains her pride and preservation of most of her traditional values and culture.
While this feels like there's part of you in this.

Ok, next one!

Yemi Alade is a twenty-one-year-old college student going to the Institute of Music for the Unbelievably Gifted and Powerful, along with her roommate Asa. Yemi is quirky, childlike, ditsy and very hyper, essentially the opposite of her roommate. She wears her long, curly black hair in a bun or any other such tight, cramped style, along with long, fake lashes, dark brown eyeshadow, black mascara, and red-painted lips. She has large, medium-brown eyes, light brown skin, and is around five-foot six. She generally wears tighter clothing that accentuates her curves, nothing too indecent but it can come close to that.

Personality-wise, Yemi is bubbly and fun to be around, and loves to make friends with anyone. She is curious, adventurous, playful and cute. She loves to show compassion to anyone she meets or who she is friends with, and loves to make people laugh by acting in her own eccentric, Yemiish way.

"
I feel like you've watched some of her music videos.

Lol. I get that nairaland can be a source for information on Nigerian culture and lifestlyle but try not to read into it too much. Everyone on here finds the censorship ridiculous. Basically, nairaland is kinda old fashion with very little changes. I guess that's one of the things that just stuck.

I think you wrote the song then tried to add a beat to it. Unless you have a top notch producer, it is advisable to write to an already made beat instead

He is clearly exaggerating that point... But overall, he is quite correct. Luiz should have been subbed immediately... Concussions should not be taken lightly.

The player should only return to the pitch after a thorough CT scan, and a go ahead by a certified neurosurgeon.
Bro no be exaggeration. In a video I watched, when they clashed heads it was the loudest thing in the stadium.

Stupîd thread. I thought you people agree with ubunja or whoever that women shouldn't work but depend on you lots for financial help? Ehn. That's what they're doing na. So stop complaining and enjoy the femininity of women. grin

(Please if you don't understand sarcasm, don't quote me)
I get you, but you should understand that men (and women likewise) would always have differing opinions. Just 'cause a group of guys said so doesn't mean another guy can't open a thread with a different opinion.

There's really no point in him lying that they have lesser odds than they actually do. If anything, he should be lying that there was more than one positive outcome

The obvious problem lies in the bolded.
True. That's why it's said to be an illusion. I'm currently reading a book that attempts to answer the question but I'll need to read more than one book as they tend to be biased towards a particular answer

This is a really tricky question I've thought of before, I could not answer it even till now, I don't think I can because I am not really sure that the brain follows that rule, this question is one of the reasons I find this world confusing, too many questions that are horribly complex to answer, let's say that the brain follows this rule then freewill is an illusion which leads to more questions and confusion. Bros, I suggest you find the answer yourself, because truth be told, I'm afraid of this question.
Haha, love your reply. To be honest, I'm starting to lean towards freewill as an illusion.
Someone once said all theory goes against the existence of freewill while all experience supports it.
For me it's one of my favorite topics to ponder along with trying to understand the idea of identity

I have lost faith in humanity, there are far too many evil people, pretenders and hypocrites than good people, am not saying you should become evil, am saying you should stop fantasizing about a good world and see people for the selfish pieces of shit they are.
When I say I wish for more people like him, I know that it's not possible for that to happen. It's nothing more than a wish. I know humans are bleeped up generally.
I actually do hope he can get something as he says so he can help people as I feel there are still few people that simply want the best for others

Lolz. Tbh I agree with you. I could be a completely changed man once money starts coming in because I know a lot of rich douchebags did not think they'll be douchebags when they were broke. I'm simply stating what I'll do with my current mentality and hopefully that wouldn't change.
