Please I have an issue.

This time last year, we fixed bore hole in our house. After they finished, we noticed that white sand comes out of the water any time we pump water.

They said we should allow the water to flow out for some hours before allowing it enter into our tank so that the sand will all come out.

But after the stipulated hours given, the sand was still coming out.

The drillers said it's normal that with time, the sand will stop coming out.

So we bought a water filter to connect it to our pipes so that it can filter the sand and clean water can be coming into the house.

Also we had to still buy electric kettle for boiling water. Whenever there is light, we would stay up even till midnight trying to boil water for drinking.

It's really stressful.

This is what we have been doing for over a year now.

Yet we have borehole o!!!

I see people who have borehole in their houses who don't go through this type of stress while having borehole.

I see people who have borehole in their homes, who just wake up, take a cup, go to their tap and drink water.

But I can't do that even with my borehole

We had to raise money and do borehole because we faced lots of stress using well but it seems there was no point atall.

Till date, white sand still comes out of the bore hole when we pump water.

Please what can I do in this situation because I am tired.

This is not as complex as the initial one u posted earlier. This is made possible with the use of male to female elbow of 2 nd half inches to 1 inch reducer

But the initial one is more complex before it is very rare to see a reducer of 4, 6, 12 inches to one inch, that is why they make use of that pvc mufro clamp as a reducer

Hmm, this is too complex for residential building. I think hotels nd big estate can go into this because to get all these fittings and maintain them on the long run would be an issue. Like I said, it's a very upright nd unique water system but it's unlike the normal one we are used to in residential building everywhere.

This roof was done before the rainy season with metecopo, only to discover during the rainy season that it was not lapped well, whenever there is a strong rain and breeze together, it can raise any part of the roof and it will be leaking. I called some installer to check on the best possible solution to it, one suggested to buy extra sheet of metecopo, divide it into two or three parts and place it on all the lapping round the roof, but it will lose its beauty. Another installer said to buy long span and cut into two or three parts of V shape then carefully place it under each lapping, in that case it maintain the beauty. Please which should I go for or is there any other best solution to Each... Though my enginer said it is best to remove the whole sheet and buy a new one..

There's another point I raised. If the stated price is not within your reach, bargain what you can pay. Believe me no artisan will leave any money which will execute the job when offered.

I did this gate for someone in this thread (didn't reveal his or her identity) the money I charged, my boss will charge double and will probably get the job if we both submit quotation at same place and he will use same materials as me. He has built such a massive customer base that will take me years to cultivate and he is reaping the rewards.

Here is the secret
Most companies have rebates of up to 10% on every product a distributor buys. Say you buy a product a product of #10k, the company will record #1k rebate in their system for you.

Big distributors are already established in their private businesses, they don’t need to withdraw their accumulated rebates immediately. They have other sources of income. So their rebates continue to grow for about one year.

Now the business gymnastics .
Big distributors mostly are credit worthy at these companies. Meaning they don’t even have to pay right away to carry products worth millions.

As an illustration
A distributor goes to a company and purchases goods worth #50M on credit. With 10% rebate, that is #5M profit. But that is not the magic.

Because he knows he now has #5M with the company, he would instead sell those goods for say #48M (below company price) to smaller retailers and end users.

The retailers and consumers are happy to buy from this distributor because he sells cheaper than the manufacturer. He is not selling at a loss, since he still makes #3M after the rebate.

Another distributor who is not using this strategy would wait forever to make one sale while this other person cashes out his rebate steadily. Market is very competitive.

Imagine if this distributor makes an annual sales of #500M. That is #30M in rebate profits without having to use his own cash.
