Amechi only completed and commissioned Dr Goodluck Jonathan almost completed project.
Credit for 2nd Niger bridge must not be reserved for Apc alone.
PDP under GEJ started the project and committed over 10 billion to it and singed a PPP contract with the contractors on build and toll basis. The East in effect will pay for the project through toll gate
I however credit bihari for continuing the project and maintaining the signed contract not playing politics with it.
