Please this is causing me a lot of worry...there are stuffs I am required to follow certain people on Twitter but I can't. Below is an image of what I get each time I try to follow anyone. Pls help me I'll be grateful.
NB: I just opened about 1 to 2months now. And I have waited for like a month now but I still can't follow anyone.

Simply means you can't follow more people as you've reached the limit.. Yes, there is a limit to your followings at any specific time; daily, weekly, etc and you have exceeded yours..

Just wait it out and try some other time, no cause for alarm.
