Nah, nah, nah. The naira almost useless when you convert that sum to dollars. Forget all the noise about the healthcare industry in Nigeria, this country is very empty in that regard. Procuring ultramodern health facilities costs a lot of money.

For instance, a friend's daughter developed congenital heart disease in Nigeria and they had to fly her to the US because Nigerian hospitals don't have the facilities for performing the corrective, open-heart surgery.
