i am going for a distance learning masters (i dont need a visa and dont need to travel to spain) in Spain and my school requires legalisation which i will do in Abuja tomorrow. i followed the advise on page 1.

i would like to know how to book for legalisation at the embassy. is it just to send a mail to cog.lagos@maec.es or is there something else. does the mail require any particular subject header or template?

also, the school (Universitat Rovira i Virgili) requires that I provide a document stating that my Bsc qualification allows me to initiate a master’s degree programme in the country of issue (i.e. Nigeria). has anyone heard about this requirement and where to get such a document/letter?

I only sent a mail to the embassy then but a lot would have changed since then.

I just checked. The process is same

Yes, you can enter Spain with a tourist visa, enroll in a course, and get your student visa. Without leaving the country.

There only seems to be one nursing program taught in English in Spain. And it costs over 7000 euros a year.

You can possibly study nursing free in Germany and Norway. You should explore that.

okay thanks but how can i apply for schools, which school is advisable nd do i need TOFEL? A lot of my docs has alrdy be legalized because my dad has been in spain for more than 25 years. I alrd hand a residency there but apart from visiting how do I run the school stuff please.

Please if you are studying in Spain and you intend to relocate to other Schengen country for studies do i need to apply for student visa of that country or I can just go to the country where i have their admission since I have resident permit of Spain, someone should please assist in this,

I am an intending student in a business school in Valencia for a Masters in Hospitality Management. The school seem to be after the part payment of my tuition and administrative fees before my visa appointment. I said this because of the comments about the requirements at the embassy that I have read on this thread which include
1. Bank statements
2. Documents Legalisation
3. Documents Translation
I am concerned for two reasons;
1. Are they hiding anything from me until I've paid my part fees before I see the real deal of stress?
2. Has anyone heard about the Ecotur Business School before?

Please I saw in a post that anyone having a good bank account that wanted to apply for Germany or France should contact you .

Really there are questions people shouldn't be asking here.
It put to question their intellectual capacity as a student. Asking this kind of question is like asking how can I move from delta state to edo state.
Spain is in the schengen region just like Germany so accessing it won't be as difficult as from Nigeria. However, you still need to present your admission letter and block account/SL to the German embassy so they can register your stay in Germany. Please do your little research before asking questions if you are asking this kind of question from Spain, then what do you expect our Nigerian brother's to be asking..
