Ronaldo has giving his best to Manchester United, as a fan I never expected Ronaldo to perform well after his return yet he net about 24 goals in one season how else can a player be good again? His persona is "spotlight on me" in team where there's many youngsters working hard to get on the lime light.. he seizes all those attentions, he is no spring chicken also and he style of play pass me the ball, I will take all the free kicks and penalty.. It wasn't a good atmosphere for the locker room.

No one talks about any other player as much as they talk about Ronaldo, not even united savior this season ( De Gea). So dragging all the attentions away does affect other players mentally and it affected the teams chemistry.

He took all the shine away from Bruno Fernandes.

Bruno was supposed to be the fulcrum of the whole team.

This is the point I have been trying to make, I don't really think Ole wanted CR7 but it was shoved down his throat.
