Well, there is a gain in that letter if you read in-between the lines. You are not AUDIBLE enough which makes your class uninteresting and pupils like her get distracted and uninterested easily.

Going forward, make your class more interesting by ENGAGING your students. Have discussion, question and answer etc in class. Don't be a boring teacher, you can still get the best out of her
