Hello house, I captured in Asaba on the 9th of September and got a text for passport collection on the 21st. I tried tracking the passport and it’s still in the production stage. Does this usually happen?

I also noticed that my capturing date which is booked on 3rd October will not be happening because it falls on Monday which is likely to be public holiday (Independence day). Should I reschedule or leave it like that and go the following day

If your passport is in AA for weeks and you applied through Agent/Tout please and please call your agent to drop your file so it can follow the right channel. My experience at Festac Office today no be here o. Officers won't let your file move deliberately because of fasttrack payment.

You can reschedule your appointments, check their FAQ page on NIS website you will get directive on how to reschedule your appointment tis written there
