I would be happy if Tinubu and sanwolu responds to this issue ASAP

The drivers demands should be met immediately

And run the risk of losing block Lagos agbero votes

It ain't gonna happen

This protest is long overdue, I can feel their pain, imagine dropping passenger at every designated bus stop and those agberos will tax you for dropping passenger after paying at garage for the loading.

Sometimes I just wonder how much this people net everyday after all this taxation on them, they should embark on 1 month strike if government do not stop the excessive taxation on them...

This is worst in Anambra. The Agberos in Onitsha will collect over 60% of what you make daily. The driver, owner of the vehicle and the vehicle go sure the remaining 40%. It is that bad.

Remember, Anambra has the highest numbers of Agberos in this Country.
... I no sure say, you know lagos. How anambra state take get the highest agberos in the country? Between lagos and anambra state, which of the states has more transportation/road network ?

True. It is worst in all EASTERN States.
They are talking about Lagos you are bringing up South East because of your hatred towards the Igbos..

Let me tell
Lagos is the only state leading in agbero work
Nothing is worst in the whole of South East
The only place you could find them very well is at upper iweka Anambra and they have been banned from operating there...
It's only in Lagos you will see agberos breeding agbero..

Someone keeps saying he developed lagos and I dare to say that lagos is joke when compared to states of other countries of its mate.

Private businesses developed lagos. I've worked in lagos and I know what businesses surfer in that state. My company then couldn't afford to put sign post in their office for fear of extortion as big as they were. Many offices suffer the same fate.

My friend went to lagos to open a shop, he closed down after three months and ran down to abuja due to extortion. What lagos state government is good at doing is ripping businesses apart.

That is the secret of the much touted IGR

Thuggery is a menance in lagos. In this age, lagos state govt do not have to engage thugs in collecting levies and taxes . Those thugs are just reaping off the sweat of legitimate hustlers. It is an illegality that should and must be stopped by every means

This is the legacy tunubu built.. He main reason why he doesn't want to stop thuggery is because of elections, and now the politiciand and hypocrites doesn't want to listen to the time bomb that's ticking. Tinubu really finish lagos state

The problem of this world is good people refuse to fight for themselves. The bad people are ready to do and undo.

By the time good people start fighting back, everything will return to default settings.

This is very welcome. The money so collected simply goes into the pockets of touts.

Transporter should be made to pay only between 500 - 1,500 per park depending on the distance and the size of the commercial vehicle. No money should be collected at any bus stop.

Theirs so much permissiveness of corruption and extortion in our society. It's abominable.

I know say your Anambra starts and ends Untop that your 2 x 6 bed. The day you venture out of Lagos, your life go better.

People are talking about their unpleasant experiences and the threat to pubilc peace by Agberos and you are talking about a state that you have never visited all your life.

Since you know that agberos earn 60% daily, why don't you join?

Tinubu milking Lagos since 199bc. Agbero, thugs, hoodlums and Touts are his legacy. That what he used to cage Lagos.

That why Lagos is unlivable. It is only in Lagos you will see agberos extorting even hawkers. You can't see that in other states.

Tinubu greediness is out of the world. That man is everything wrong with Nigeria. And if by chance or mistake he is elected as president. Na Lagos people I go pity because those agberos are the next Terrorist and bandits in the South West.

This time they go carry Ak47 in every bustup in Lagos to extort drivers. It will like bandits in the north west.

This is part of the Transformation Agenda that urchins brag about. One man put people in places to collect money for the maintenance of his immediate families and hungry loafers are praising him as the Messiah of Lagos.
