This protest is long overdue, I can feel their pain, imagine dropping passenger at every designated bus stop and those agberos will tax you for dropping passenger after paying at garage for the loading. Sometimes I just wonder how much this people net everyday after all this taxation on them, they should embark on 1 month strike if government do not stop the excessive taxation on them... 5 Likes |

This is very welcome. The money so collected simply goes into the pockets of touts. Transporter should be made to pay only between 500 - 1,500 per park depending on the distance and the size of the commercial vehicle. No money should be collected at any bus stop. Theirs so much permissiveness of corruption and extortion in our society. It's abominable. 2 Likes |

Tinubu milking Lagos since 199bc. Agbero, thugs, hoodlums and Touts are his legacy. That what he used to cage Lagos. That why Lagos is unlivable. It is only in Lagos you will see agberos extorting even hawkers. You can't see that in other states. Tinubu greediness is out of the world. That man is everything wrong with Nigeria. And if by chance or mistake he is elected as president. Na Lagos people I go pity because those agberos are the next Terrorist and bandits in the South West. This time they go carry Ak47 in every bustup in Lagos to extort drivers. It will like bandits in the north west. 3 Likes |
