Okestra01:

All students going home will influence their parents the more obidiently. Tinubu will lose
Influence the people feeding you & paying your school fees?

What kind of mumurism are you exhibiting? You want to teach your parent about Nigeria?

Karleb:
The fact that I need to go to the the ward I registered to vote should be abolished.

As long as I am a Nigerian and in Nigeria, I should be able to vote anywhere.
My point excatly....I see no reason why you shouldn't vote anywhere irrespective of your ward, totally rubbish

I disagree. Even though I dont want Atiku or Tinubu to win this election, I still dont see the need for shutting down institutions because of nonsense elections that will still end up with nothing to show for it after 8 years of whoever will come to power because little or nothing will change for the better as far as the mentality of Nigerian authories and the root of corruption remain the same. By now those who supported Sai Baba in 2015 with all their strength, thinking that Nigeria will actually change positively will understand what I am saying. Nigeria needs more than electing a seemingly good president to make it better. The level of corruption and lawlessness in the country is irreparable and it is not a job to be done by one good man surrounded by thousands of corrupt politicians with different focuses.

Change starts with getting rid of this mentality and getting some sense sad

The majority will. I've heard from 2 universities already that they'd send students home ahead of elections for their safety and recall them thereafter. That would give them the opportunity to vote. Many of them had PVCs

Same politicians that abandoned
students during the ASUU strike now
want them to leave school for voting.

Let them face school instead of facing
the risks and expenses of traveling at
these times of petrol scarcity.

Ultimately the parents will bear the
burdens of extra travels and accident
may even consume some students.😐😐

Politicians can never think of good
things for youth. Imagine the expense
of leaving Zaria for Lagos or East❗️❗️❗️

Politrickcians, make una park well...

Students and youths have a significant part to play and must be give time to participate in the elections. Our institutions must not disenfranchise students because of how they are run.

in saner climes they have mechanisms/systems to ensure they all vote.

Why should schools vacate because of elections?
High school pupils are underage while college students don't need to be told what to do.

This is supported 100%. The FG should declare a break for students to collect their PVCs and vote. If I'm a student, I'll leave school, go pick my PVC and vote whether break or not. We are all suffering. Can't take another 8years of APC or PDP.

It's inevitable..
They must close down schools whether they like it or not. Students must exercise their right to vote and be voted for
