Yes Sir, I used to be addicted to women/sex. I actually cut things down years back.

Before I dated a new chick average of 2 weeks but then I managed to date one chick for 4 years and I didn't regret much even though I was running like 2 or 3 side packages.

Since 2019 till now, I haven't actually dated nobody, just flings like once or twice a month, so I guess I've improved or will I say reduced a lot.

Remain to get another confirm Barney wey fit lead to marriage cause na my parents next point of action be that, infact that could be my only ticket to ever leave them again bar getting a job out of state....




As for the drug addiction, I actually cut lots of shits out long ago, I like one thing about myself, I don't do things that would get me completely addicted, so pulling out ain't too much of a problem.

I've stopped drinking years ago, I only do it occasionally, that's if person manage to drag me out of my house cause me no like comot.
I hardly take soft drinks too, water is bae.



As for smoking, all the folks I started smoking with are already at Loud, Colorado level but since I started, I never deviated from pure Mary Jane, na like a couple of times a year nai I dey drag AZ, which is when I'm with a Barney that is really into those things, nothing sweet pass weed abeg.

CHAPTER TWELVE
JANUARY 11th



I woke up with an arm wrapped around me, for a millisecond I thought it was a mighty snake trying to choke me but quickly realised that a lady was sleeping next to me. I wiggled away from her and rolled off the bed. I've never enjoyed waking up to a body next to me, nothing beats stretching your legs and arms when waking up while yawing like a spent fowl.


When I returned from the bathroom, X's bag caught my attention. I didn't really care the previous night but my curiousity got the best of me. I unzipped the bag and gasped, a pair of clothing and toiletries. Like seriously?

I went back to bed and laid next to her, she stirred and moved closer when she felt my presence.
"Good morning sweet." X said.


"Morning ma'am, hope your night was okay?" I replied.


"Uhmmm, yeah, you made it even better, but nothing beats morning sex." She replied as a finger slowly began circling my bare chest.


"Nah, stop joor. Let's not start this morning." I grabbed her hand.

"Why nah, I like morning sex." She moaned.


"And I need to go to work, I resume work today." I replied.


"Uhhh, can't you stay with me today, please."


"Are we forgetting something here, babe I'm not your boyfriend, so I don't have the liberty of keeping you company."


My words drove all the sleep out of her eyes as she quickly sat up, a singular frown spreading her face.

"What is that supposed to mean?" She asked.


"What is that supposed to mean?" I asked back. "Are you my girlfriend?"



"No, but I was waiting for you to ask me out officially cause I felt we're already a couple."



"No, we are not. Babe I didn't invite you to my house, remember? I came home, met you and Faith in my sitting room, I went to bed, woke up to find you in my bedroom, how does that equates to dating you?" I explained.



"Wow, guys. So this is what you're trying to say now after having fun with me?" She replied.


"Yes, we had fun but I am not ready for a relationship now. It's okay if we're friends with benefits but don't guilt trip me into a relationship, trust me, I'm the last person you'll want to try that with." I replied cooly.



"Do you actually know who you're talking to?" X said, her frown was more menancing.

I turned to her and smiled, "Yes, I know who I'm talking to. A girl that I just met about a week ago for the first time before seeing you again yesterday and who is in my bed trying to coarse me into being her boyfriend."



"Is that what you think of me?" She asked, alittle taken aback by my non chalant attitude. "Peter, I was the reason why those guys yesterday left in peace, they'll have emptied your house if they wanted and you wouldn't have done anything about. I spoke up for you cause I thought you were my guy and they respected me, now you are feeling like a Don right? Who the fùçk do you think you are?"


"Okay, babe. No need to drag egos or personalities. Thank you for saving my ass last night, I'm grateful for the extra help but if you think I can't stand my ground, please do ask them to come back, lemme surprise all of you." I replied boldly even though I knew that I was threading a very fine dangerous line.


"If not that I've grown fond of you, I'll have put call immediately, men for come grind your ass this morning." X barked.


"And if not that I've grown fond of you too, I'll have broken two of your teeth for trying to intimidate me untop my own bed but then I'm the president of Jew men association, so I can't and won't compete with you, so can we just do things the easy way, so that if we meet tomorrow, we could actually relate like friends, not enemies." I said calmly.


"Guy you dey fûçk up. Do you know how many guys would give a leg just to have me sitting next to them, talk more of seeing my panties. I thought you were a reasonable guy, I now know that you're dumb as everyone else."



I could see the pain and rage in her eyes as I rolled my eyes carelessly. Thoughts ran through my head as I thought on how to Savage the situation while perfecting my stance at the same time.

"Okay, I'm sorry for killing the romantic mood this morning, but as you know, this ain't my personal house, my parents would be back by the weekend and I'll need to clean up all evidences of my bad deeds, I sincerely hoped that what we had was a fling, that doesn't mean it should end either but I need you to leave and stay away too. I hope you understand?"

"This is not enough of an excuse, no guy has ever dumped me, and you can't be the first, I must have a say when to leave you or not. I can come to this house whenever I like, I don't fear your parents, they won't bite me." X replied defiantly.



"Yes, nobody would bite you but with all this your piercings, my mom would have a filled day preaching to you, my dad would baptise you afterwards with Holy ghost fire." I said smiling.


"Wait, are your parents preachers?"


I raised one eye brow as an answer. She was a little perplexed but still very deviant.
"Okay, I'll leave but atleast let me spend the rest of the day. I need to rest in quietness for awhile, my house is always filled with noises."


"No, I can't leave you in my house and go to work. I'll need to lock my door. What I can offer you is an opportunity to freshen up, I could sacrifice an hour or two so you could cook also, I ain't stone hearted to allow you go home hungry." I said sternly.


"What? Are you seriously pushing me out of your house?" She asked, looking hurt.


"Not immediately, atleast we can chill small first." I replied and stood off the bed.

Her blood shot eyes followed me as I slipped into the bathroom and turned on the shower, my heart was pounding recklessly. Yes I actually did what needed to be done, I was expecting heavy resistance but things were clicking somehow. Atleast she didn't go bonkers or apeshit..... Yet.


She was rolling up a joint when I walked back in, the blanket had ridden off her chest as I stared at those boobs, I wasn't really moved, I know she was tempting me for a reason but I've passed that stage of getting pussified, I mean I was shirtless too, right?


She didn't make an attempt to get up, so I went to fix us breakfast. I returned minutes later with two trays, I set one on a side stool next to X while the other went to my reading table. I sat backing her as I ate.

She grumbled about something before plugging away on her food. The stage for romantic plays were a pastime.

When I was through she still hadn't move from her position so I started dressing up, she got the message and sluggishly went into the bathroom.


Minutes went by before she appeared again, a huge frown serenaded her face as she fished out the extra pair of clothing from her side bag.


"But it's still early, where do you want me to go by this time?" She asked when she noticed me pouncing around impatiently.


"Go home, where else do you want to go?" I replied. She didn't reply back, the crossed look on her face showed that if she had a gun, she'll have blown my big mouth off my face.


I squeezed some Naira notes Into her palm, she also took more than half of the weed seized from the previous night raid, I didn't mind one bit, the money I gave her calm her down alittle because she was feeling used by a skinny kid who didn't give a damn about her.


Sometimes life ain't roses and candles, thorns and obstacles could present itself at any time, how you handle your challenges are all that matters.

We went opposite directions, I took extra caution by taking another road that led to where she followed, I watched her from a corner, making sure that she really was leaving for real, I didn't want any body to pull a surprise move on me. Girls like her could play really dirty.


Few minutes later I was back home. I changed my bed sheets before jumping back on my bed, my legs and arms spread wide like an eagle as I continued my sweet single man sleep, now I could roll, scratch and yawn to my heart's desire.

A familiar voice from my window woke me up.
"Look at who is still sleeping by this time. After smoking all the weed finish."

I wasn't still convinced but all I could do was wait for his supposed beauty queen. My mind went to my two ladies, Queen and Blessing.

I tried both lines, Queen didn't pick while Blessing chided me for forgetting her for a few days. Why wouldn't I? when I've been getting drenched in dope and sex, with different girls, how can a brother remember all the girls?


I convinced Blessing to turn up later, due to her resistance, I suggested that she brought Zion along, he was a safe back up who could easily convince her folks that she was in safe hands while hoping to foil my plans if I tried anything. Blessing asked me to keep enough drinks and meat for her, I didn't mind, I had that covered already.
