You are very correct about concentration in Lagos. Onitsha has the closest semblance of the type of Lagos economic hub in igboland. I like what Soludo is doing in the areas of urban renewal and overall infrastructural developments in the city and Anambra in general. Soludo was really overrated. Being a prof I thought he would have better taste in the qualities of road he is constructing.
All the roads I've seen so far is worth next to nothing. Tiny roads, open gutters, no road markings, dusty roads that you won't even believe they are new roads.
