Chicago state university has not only authenticated Tinubu as their alumni but also authenticated his certificate through 3rd party replacement after they said replacement certificate is a general practice in USA.

The certificate tendered to INEC was gotten from third party and authenticated by the school because it is a Normal practice to get replacement certificate from third party vendors

I pity your condition. The CSU said the certificate he tender to INEC is different from the authentic one. He changed his date of birth and signature before submitting to INEC.
Having a third party vendor doesn't mean that your date of birth must change, the school logo will not change, signature will not change.
