I started application to saint John, nbcc, information technology and I just made payment for the application fee ($100) but got a notification I cannot proceed to submit as they already received too many applications and their portal has been put on hold and an update will be made on 13th July. Is there any hope I can at least submit my application by then or there's another thing I can do on my portal before then so I can be able to submit?
I really don't want lose $100 considering I can't even submit to complete the application. So confused.
For the records, i wrote several emails and nbcc eventually listened and sent a refund.
Thanks

Well done guys for your tireless effort.

I'm a civil servant who got admission against Fall 2024 for a year program.
The Truth is that I don't want to apply for study leave because my job doesn't require going to the office much except during our work season which is like every 3 years. Meaning it's possible to stay in a year and visit office twice or thrice.
So I can run the school conveniently without any impact on my job.

Can I apply for visa without leave letter and introduction letter? Will it raise a concern for the VO?

Please guide me. Thanks

Is it a statement of account where funds have been credited and debited with reference numbers for any transaction.
If its just a letter of investment it is not use as a main POF for your information.

1: What on earth are you going to study bro?
2: No you can't use investment certificate as your sole pof. The dom acc is less your tuition and the investment acc is not a liquid assest.
3: who's the sponsor of this quest.?

And that is how private banks give there statement if account it’s not an investment statement it’s different sir and it’s a private bank the money is liquid it’s on assets by currency in the cash account credit balance so that’s makes it liquid and my sponsor is my dad he can’t do a gift deed cause of the amount of the funds and I just turned 18 this year

Well there are numerous factors as to why you didn't choose a flight school in Nigeria. You could be facing purpose of visit. Why would ur dad spend so much on you? Are u the only child. Do u have sibilings? Besides 18 this year means you just turned adulthood plus its uncertain how u will attain responsibility at such age. Well let's see how ur card plays. Goodluck bro.

Well your application is still normal process time. These days all applications after starting at the CIO (where the R10 completeness check is done), either start the processing of Eligibility at the CIO itself, or move to the CPC (Edmonton, Ottawa or Sydney), or are straight sent to the LVO. The trend so far has been to complete most of the processing between the CIO and CPC’s. Since the applications are electronically stored, there is no movement of physical files.

A few applications will see Eligibility “Passed”, and then go back to “Not Started” when the application is sent to the LVO. This is because the final review is done at the LVO, and the local agent may decide to conduct an additional review, or identification before Eligibility is finally set to “Passed”.

Immigration files are transferred between visa offices for a wide variety of reasons; due to workload distribution, office specific requirements, such as local knowledge required at the local visa office (LVO) to verify details. In some cases all aspects of an application are cleared at the CPC and the Passport Request (PPR) too is sent, and then the file is sent to the LVO to generate COPR. So there is no point in trying to find out which VO your application is at. Your Eligibility review can even start at the CIO. Most applications which are processed within weeks and receive PPR, are processed at the CIO, and this is a much faster way. Even if you know which VO your application is at, it is of no significance!

If you do want to find your visa processing office it can be done by simply requesting your GCMS notes.
