Tinubu greatest crime is one is succes and second his influence in the formation of APC and the dispatch of the Goodluck Jonathan government which was evidently considered a SS/SE government.

You did not read my semantics well. I said take their pleadings to court not to the judge. The judge is not the court. Pleading in court is normal and not imply what you interpreted it as going to beg the judges. What I was pointing out was the obvious contradictions in their approach whereby they took the case to the SC and still went to Tinubu to plead for Kanu's release. It is what I pointed at as an affront on the court since the judges will see it as an interpretation that they are subservient to the whims and caprices of the executive.
If they want to plead with the President, they should have stuck to that.
If they wanted to plead the court, they should have stuck to that as well.
