If GEJ and his cohorts keep holding tenaciously to the completion of the Lagos-Kano rail, awarded and conceived by OBJ's regime; or the executive passage of an award for the establishment of universities not even fully started, private renal treatment centre, among other things as an achievement, we really must question such.
