this is for those who have read/still reading the book 'IN THE LIGHT OF TRUTH, The Grail Message' to discuss their views/opinions about the book, the author, the claims made in the book and other issues bothering around the ideologies expressed in the book. And also discuss the book in relation to what we already know, our culture and already existing/accepted religions accross the world. pls participants should pls indicate if they identify with and believe in the concepts the writer tried to pass accross.

i am still reading it. it needs alot of patience and concentration to grasp things and get close close to what adb-ru-shi tries to pass on. though personally, any writing translated out of its original language is bound to shed some originality as it was transcribed from german,

pls post on your views on the book.

I have not read the book and will NEVER touch it based on Grail's Messengers weird and esoteric life styles. I think the book will be a mind bender and a brain washer.

I have read the book over and over again, and I have found it to be foolproof. I have put the book to scrutiny and It lived up to all It's claims. I have found it to be the TRUTH.

But don't base your assessment on just my opinion, weigh and examine everything you read. The author demands that you weigh and examine everything, unlike other religious books, the Grail Message does not require blind faith on anything. If you weigh and examine the contents of the book with an unbiased mind, you will definitely discover that it is the TRUTH.

Also, you will not be able to absorb the whole contents of the book in one reading. The book contains a lot, indeed everything. I have read it many times and each time I discover something new. But if you read carefully and with an open mind, you will get enough to convince you that the book contains the TRUTH even the first time you read it.

The book answers all questions concerning the human existence -- the purpose of human existence, humans relationship with God, and how humans should live. It goes further than that, It also explains the whole creation of God-- from the spiritual realm to the physical realm, and all the beings in creation. It goes further to explain things above creation--from the Divinity unsubstantiate(God) and the Divine plane. It also gives clarifications about Jesus(who was indeed the son of God), His teachings and His mission on earth.

You are welcome to share some issue that you don't understand in the book, I will be more than happy to offer clarification.

Thanks and remain blessed.

@ rotimy.

pls can u expatiate what u mean by the 'weird and esoteric lifestyles' of the grail messengers.

@justcool.

you seem to know much about the message and should know about the messengers, so pls, react to rotimy's claims of the messengers being 'weird and isoteric'

the truth is, the book is fascinating but i sense some kind of occult undertone in the whole set up as i have once attended their public lecture. i was not comfortable at all so i have decided to buy the hardcover version of the volume 1, 2, 3 and read them on my own.

@justcool pls react to my belief about the 'occult' part i said. thanks.

I do have a friend, a very wonderful sincere and easy going young man, i was shocked when he told me he is a grail messanger because i could never imagine it. I asked him to tell me about the message but was not very clear and comfortable with the things he told me, sound somehow occultic to me although this is a very nice, kind, friendly and great guy.
Now it interesting that this is here, i wold like to know why this group does not just allow anyone to come to their meeting and the members has to wear a particulat cros sign to get in. What exactly is it with this ppl, why will they close the door and anyone that comes in late is not allowed in, why do they not perform marriage in their meeting. Almost all he told me about them to me is questionable. If anyone knows much about them can you explain better please?

The so-called cross bearers should be pitied. a first class school mate of mine was utterly ruined by the Grail message.
Almost 45 NOW, SHE HAS REFUSED TO MARRY and is living with some weird characters at the grail land in Iju, Lagos.
They don't cry at their members funeral which is a sign of emotional suppression. Occultic? may be

@ stag
Thanks for your questions. Here are my answers:

First of all, nobody on earth is called a Grail messenger, and the book never called any human being a Grail messenger. So that term, "Grail Messenger" is a pseudo term invented by people who have not read the Message. When you understand what the Grail actually is, then you will see why no human can be called "Grail Messanger."

About "weird and isoteric". The book did not bring a new religion, neither did it bring an organisation nor any cult. The book is simply written for "man" irrespective of his race, religion, nationality, gender, or age.  It does not ask for people to leave their religions or to start a new one. Therefore in actuality, the book is not religious; it is spiritual. It teaches that every individual is responsible before God for his/her actions and every individual should decide for himself/herself on what to believe. And It encourages people to use their God given free will -- weigh and examine. Therefore everybody is left to do whatever he/she wants after reading the book, the writer does not force you to do anything. HE respects the God given free will which we humans posses. Therefore it is unfair to judge the book based on what some people do. If any body is "weird and isoteric" that is the individual's choice which has nothing to do with the Grail Message.
The Grail message encourages readers to be simple(truthful), natural, and avoid all kinds of mysticism.

There is no occult undertone in the book. The book actually warns against all kinds of occultism. It is only people who have not read the book or who cannot understand it, that call it occult. In so many lectures of the book, the writer explains occultism and warns the reader not indulge in such practices. Please can you show me where you saw any occult undertone in the book?

The book and its writer did not start a new religion, or a cult. There a many adherents of the Grail Message who stay on their own, there also many who still belong to their religions. There are many who decided to be sealed and receive the cross. These are called cross bearers. However, this is not a religion. The cross bearer can decided to continue his or her religion. He is free to do whatever he wants, the cross only binds him/her to God and nothing else. Some cross bearers come together to for some aim-- usually to make the book know to the world. They form an organisation which still is not a religion because they are still individually answerable to God and not the organisation. They hold public lectures, they exchange ideas, they worship together. But still this is not a religion because the book never demanded that the reader join any organization. Every individual is left to decide wheather he/she wants to be a cross bearer or not.

stag:

react to rotimy's claims

I offer explanations to you (stag) because you seem unbiased. About rotimy's claims, my advise to you is to apply the principles you read from the Grail message. The massage advices the reader to weigh and examine everything carefully and with his/her God's given intuition(conscience). Therefore weigh and examine everything you read in this thread with your conscience, and you will easily recognise the Truth. Jesus already taught us how to recognise the Truth from darkness: "By their works(fruits) you shall know them." The words that I write to you are my works(my fruits) and the words that rotimy writes to you are his works(his fruits). They both clearly speak for themselves and you can easily recognise who is who.
Also ask yourself these questions:
1) What is the righteous thing to do when you are asked about an issue that you don't know?
2) What will Jesus(or any righteous person) answer if He was asked about a book He has not read?
3) Would He condemn them and call them "wired and esoteric" just because he has not read the book?
4) Is it right to hate and condemn what you don't understand? Is hatread and persecution a quality of God or the Devil?
4) Is it right to judge a book based on what some of it's readers do?
5) Are there not readers of the bible who still commit all kinds of atrocities. would you blame their actions on the bible?

Rotimy has already told us that:
rotimy:

I have not read the book and will NEVER touch it based on Grail's Messengers weird and esoteric life styles. I think the book will be a mind bender and a brain washer.

If he has not read the book, then where does he get this idea that the book is a brain washer.

Thanks and remain blessed.

@Stag

I am pleased that justcool have given you clarifications on the questions you raised. I have nothing to add to his clarifications since they are in accord with the Truth. I will only give you a piece of advice. This advice is in the forward to the Grail Message. In it the author of the Grail Message lays the blue print on how the Grail Message should be examined. Simply follow the advice as you read the Grail Message. The work "In The Light of Truth-The Grail Message" is a revealation or proclamation of the eternal Truth. This may appear to be an astonishing claim but the taste of the pudding lies in the eating. Calmly examine it with your spirit and you will surely find the Truth. With your spiritual faculties you will recognise what the Grail Message offers. A true seeker do not rely on the opinions of others to recognise the Truth. He or she must personally experience the Truth. You already have the Grail Message in your hands, it has the asweres to all questions and you will find it if you seek for it. I have experienced the Grail Message as the Truth for more than two decades. Do not believe me or justcool, find out the Truth for yourself. I can assure you that the omniscience of God will guide and lead every true seeker to the Grail Message. Such a seeker will be permitted to undergo personal experiences which gives him or her the absolute conviction of the Truth of the Grail Message. At that point he or she has no questions left, he or she does not look for human opinions, he or she does not compare the Grail Message with new or old religious teachings etc. At that point the only desire is to live according to the WILL of GOD.

I will give you a crude earthly illustration that may help you understand what seeking means. I hope you are familiar with Enugu, the capital of Enugu state.  Enugu is known as the coal city. A man was living at the University town of Nsukka. Nsukka is about 60-80km to Enugu. To get to Enugu from Nsukka, you have to pass through a popular junction (about 10km from Nsukka town). That junction is called the opi junction. This junction is major stopage point for vehicles going from Enugu and other parts of eastern Nigeria to Northern Nigeria. One day, this man residing at Nsukka learnt from one of his neighbours that Enugu is called the coal city. The man was fascinated with the labelling of Enugu as coal city and wants to find out. He felt going all the way to Enugu to find out will be a waste of time and money since he could easily go to opi junction and enquire from thousands of travellers making a stop at Opi junction on there way from Enugu. Each morning, this man drives to opi junction and ask travelers who have been to Enugu to confirm wheather Enugu is the coal city. Traveller A told him that Enugu is not the coal city at all. Traveller B told him that Enugu is coal city because all the houses are made of coal. Traveller C said that Enugu is a gold city rather than a coal city. Traveller D said it is because every person in the city wears black and coal is also black. All the answers he recieved from others contradict each other and he could not defend any one of them when confronted. Tired and frustrated at the opinions of others, he then decided to drive to Enugu to find out things for himself. He went to Enugu and found out that traveller A is wrong since Enugu is actually called the coal city. He also found out that allthough Enugu is called coal city, not all houses or people in the city are painted black or wore black outfits. He actually went to the coal mines in Enugu and even brought samples of coal from the mines. When he returned back to Nsukka, he had the personal experience and evidence to back up his findings. I wish you strength.

I don't have to read all books in other to know that contents! It is even against academic rules. Scholars and unbiased book reviewers will give any book it's due scrutiny. I still insist that the book will NEVER EVER be read by me.
D Lawrence of India has his books about truth. 6 AND 7 BOOKS of Moses are also claiming truth. Buddah believed that he has the truth. The New Age GROUPS which GRAIL MASSAGE may be classified with screams abouttruth.
No matter the shining of the image you guys are trying to do for Grail folks, the Grail message, ECKANCAR, and AMORC are esoteric groups.

@ayomifull

ayomifull:

I still don't understand, are u saying members still belong to their various religions?

I never used the word "members." I maintain that the Grail Message does not bring a new religion. I call people who have read it and found it to be the TRUTH, adherents of the Grail Message. Not "members" because Grail Message is not a religion.

There are adhereants who stay on their own and adhere to the principles of the Grail Message.

There are adherents who still belong to their various religions. My brother is one of them. He met the Grail message many years ago and still read it everyday. He is very conversant about the book and he is convinced that it is the TRUTH. He lives by it, yet he has never departed from the catholic church. Also he is not a cross bearer. He belives that one should use the principles taught in the Grail message to better himself and his church and not leave his church.

There are adherents who decide to be sealed and receive the cross. These are called cross bearers. Being a cross bearer does not automatically make you a member of any group, organisation or church. The cross is binds you to God and not anybody or any organisation. There are cross bearers who stay on their own.

There are also cross bearers who come together to form a movement, whose goal is to make the book "In the Light of Truth: The Grail Message" known to the world. The hold public lectures, they meet together to worship and exchange ideas because some people need the contact of like minded people in order to grow spiritually--"iron sharpens iron."

ayomifull:

do they have same teaching as churches?

Which church teachings? Do all the churches have the same teachings? Adherents of the Grail Message live by the Grail Message which they have recognized to be the Truth in Its pure form. The word of the Grail Message is in accord with the Truth in all religions and naturally, the word of the Grail Message is also in disagreement with the false teachings in all religions. It cuts across all religions, uniting with the Truth in them, and at the same time disagreeing with the falsehood in them. It stands completely on it's own.

ayomifull:

do they read bible for their worship,

What is worship? And, is reading the bible part of worship? I await your answers.

ayomifull:

why hold their meeting/worship behind closed door and non members are not allowed in?

First of all, members is the wrong choice of word. Members of what? You mean adherents of the Grail Message, or cross bearers who participate in the movement.
Not only cross bearers are allowed to worship. People who are not cross bearers and who have not even finished reading the message are allowed if they asked for it. Such people are called seekers.

About the closing of doors. Did Jesus not tell you to pray privately and not openly in the street so that men can see you. The worshipers whoship God who does not need open doors to see and accept the worship. Perhaps the closing of doors is to avoid distraction. Did the Jews allow anybody to enter their temple? Not even all Jews were allowed to enter the holy of holies which was perpetually closed to the public. Only specially chosen high priests enter the holy of holies. Does this make the ancient Jews cult or secret society?

ayomifull:

If its not a religion and members still attend their various churches then what exactly is it?

The Grail Message is simply the proclamation of the Truth given to mankind irrespective of their race, age, gender, nationality, and religion.
Adherents who come together for some aim--ie, worship, hold public lectures, etc are just a union or coming together of likeminded people for a particular aim. They chose to do this in their loyalty to God, but this is a personal choice. The writer did not demand that the reader must join any organisation.
The Message maintens that each individual is answerable to God for his words, thoughts and actions; neither religion nor cult can save anybody from the consequences of his/her actions. God is not a respecter of any religion, cult or organizations.
The difference between this and churches is that churches tell you that you have to belong to this or that church/religion in-order to be saved. Muslims tell you that you must be a muslim, Christians tell you that you must be a Christian, catholics tell you that you must be a catholic in-order to be saved. But the Grail message maintains that man is responsible for his/her actions irrespective of his religion. Any body who does good shall reap good and anybody who does evil shall reap evil irrespective of his/her religious orientation.
Man is only saved by living according to the Truth(Gods words, or Gods laws), which so many prophets of the old proclaimed and which the son of God Jesus brought to earth. Fragments of this Truth is in all religions. But the Grail message contains the whole TRUTH.

I hope this clears your puzzle.

Thanks and remain blessed

The Grail Movement is an organization which originated in Germany in the late 1940s, inspired by the work of Oskar Ernst Bernhardt (also known by his pen name Abdruschin or Abd-ru-shin), principally In the Light of Truth: The Grail Message. Abd-ru-shin did not found the organization; the movement as it exists today was formally organized by followers.

@ posters.
true, the grail message does not preach nor second any form of worship. abd-ru-chin, as originally called, was not known to have associated himself with any. but excapt you are biased will you argue that there's nothing funny among the self acclaimed true seekers.
i said occultic in the whole set up, i had not included the book but with the 'adherents to the grail message'.i sat in their lecture hall and could feel it. i sensed something was wrong and truth is, i almost got up and left. since then they had other lectures but i feel HIGHLY reluctant to go again. maybe no proof as you'd ask, but as encouraged by the book intuition helps me alot.

someone confident about his knowledge about the book should pls shed more light on woman, womanhood as it relate to man and marriage.thank you

at least even those who  critisized here have done so constructively. i'm those who know more will be happy to reply more constructive critics.

cheers.

This Grail Shall be Filled with The Blood of The Innocent
Posted in Crime News, Unspeakable Cults by Rob Taylor on June 20th, 2008
In 1931 Austrian Oskar Ernst Bernhardt published a book of Christian mysticism called In the Light of Truth: The Grail Message under the name Abd-Ru-Shin which devotees claim means Son, workman or servant of the light. The book is a complex read, rewarding to the academic in that it shows the influence of Theosophy, Orientalism and what we’ll simply call the pre-New Age movement on Christian seekers increasingly separated from traditional theology in the rational age.

The Nazis banned the book and arrested Bernhardt. They released him on the condition he no longer have contact with the growing Grail Message movement he was leading. Later the Communist East Germans banned the book. For most academics this is simply indicative of authoritarian regimes squashing movements that have messages counter to political orthodoxy. But is there a more sinister aspect to the Grail Message that even Nazis and Communists, both movements of extraordinary bloodthirstiness, found horrifying?

One key point to Bernhardt’s writings is the idea that intellect, unguided by spirituality, is a tool of darkness. It is through pure rationalism that Lucifer lures us from the light of God, according to Bernhardt, and while it’s a metaphysically interesting point it is also one that can be easily twisted into supporting the idea of irrationality as holy.

The Grail Movement Cult in the US
Members of the Grail Movement in the Czech Republic ate the flesh of an 8-year-old boy after his mother kept him locked in a cage. Perhaps they thought Jesus was recommending cannibalism when he said "Those who eat my flesh and drink my blood have eternal life."

Earlier this month, Czech police arrested Grail Movement leader Jiri Adam for using slave laborers for nearly 20 years. Another leader of the cult in the Czech Republic distanced his group from Adam.

The Grail Movement traces its origin to a book called In the Light of Truth: The Grail Message, written by Oskar Ernst Bernhardt. This book contains the "Grail Message." Supposedly there are about 20,000 members worldwide, with most residing in Europe. How many are in the United States?

A company profile of the Grail Foundation of America Inc. (Binghamton, NY--the contact address at the group's website) lists 1 employee (Alfred Lewis) and annual sales of $32,000. The Grail Movement of America (Port Chester, NY) lists 2 employees with Gene Ceccarelli as the principal. The Grail Foundation Press (Mount Vernon, OH) lists 2 employees with Micah Rubenstein as the principal. It seems there are few people involved in the US and sales revolve around the previously mentioned book, as well as others in their catalog. The first center in the US was formed about 1939 in Mt. Morris, IL (or in Mt. Morris, MI, according to other sources).

Richard Gehl was apparently the US leader for years until his death in 2003. He was accused of being a "false disciple" and responsible for a schism between two factions of the cult. Alfred Lewis seems to have taken over the US group after Gehl's demise.

The group has published books with its own interpretation of the lives of Jesus, Mohammad, Zoroaster, and Buddha. It seems to be a New Age religion based on Christianity and it's unclear
to me (since I haven't Bernhardt's book) how much it relates to other religions that became popular in the 1960s and 1970s, such as the Great White Brotherhood, Ascended Masters, Rosicrucians, etc. (someone has written a book on that topic).

Bernhardt wrote under the pen name Abd-ru-shin. His theory is that God sent man in search of self-awareness and maturity. Physical bodies were fashioned for our true selves to function within while on Earth. The purpose of man is to live in harmony with the divine laws that maintain creation. Then man will return to life eternal in the spiritual realm as a self-aware spirit. The Holy Grail is considered the power center of creation. From the description, it seems hardly worth the effort of creating a new religion around it.

The International Grail Movement reported 400 active adherents in the United States (as of 2002), and 1,000 in Canada. The Encyclopedia of Cults, Sects, and New Religions (2001) gives the number of US adherents at 330, but these numbers seem to originate from the cult itself and are likely inflated. Even at these numbers, it's a small group and there seems no reason to believe it will gain any significant increase in members, ever.

Cults like this one notoriously prey on individuals with low self-esteem who have problems integrating themselves into the mainstream of society.

There is another Grail movement associated with the Catholic Church that is an entirely separate group from this one. The Catholic movement was begun in the Netherlands in 1921 by a Dutch Jesuit priest, Jacques van Ginneken. It was created to give women a stronger role and voice in church and society.

Chance discovery of abused child reveals bizarre Czech grail cult

By Daniel McLaughlin in Budapest
Saturday, 2 June 2007

A flickering image of a small naked boy, lying tied-up on the bare floor of a room, was the clue that drew the Czech Republic into a tale of child abuse, obscure sects and a mysterious vanishing girl that has shocked and baffled the nation.

The picture was spotted by a father keeping an eye on his baby, when his video monitor received a stray signal from a similar device being used in a neighbouring house in the quiet town of Kurim, close to the south-eastern city of Brno.

When police searched the area on 10 May, sisters Klara and Katerina Mauerova allegedly refused to open a locked door in their home. When firemen broke it down, they found Klara's eight-year-old son Ondrej inside, bound with duct tape, badly dehydrated and watched over by a video camera. Investigators believed Ondrej had been maltreated for six months, and he was taken into care with his brother Jakub and a girl called Anna, whom a court had allowed Klara Mauerova to adopt in March.

What was just a case of child abuse seized the nation's attention, however, when Anna disappeared from a children's home, sparking a search for her in nearby woods and villages.

Then came the bizarre revelation that "Anna" was not a 13-year-old girl, but a 34-year-old woman in disguise. Police believe "Anna" was actually Barbara Skrlova, a friend of the Mauerova sisters who, like them, belongs to a breakaway faction of an organisation called the Grail Movement.

The Grail Movement follows the teachings of Oskar Ernst Bernhardt, a German also known as Abd-ru-shin, who from 1923-38 wrote the Grail Message, which depicts man as a being whose spirit can return to its source in heaven by performing good deeds on Earth. It claims to have at least 10,000 followers worldwide, including several hundred in Britain.

"We broke with the people involved in this 11 years ago, after they added to the Grail Message with their own imaginings and fantasies," said Artur Zaplukal, spokesman of the Grail Movement in the Czech Republic, where it has about 1,500 followers. "I sent them a letter telling them they were no longer part of the Grail Movement."

In as much as I have clarified that the Grail Movement and Grail Message are two different things, I also wish to show the lie and the contradiction in rotimy's posts.
First in one of his posts we read:

rotimy:

The Grail Movement Cult in the US
Members of the Grail Movement in the Czech Republic ate the flesh of an 8-year-old boy after his mother kept him locked in a cage. Perhaps they thought Jesus was recommending cannibalism when he said "Those who eat my flesh and drink my blood have eternal life."

In another post of rotimy we read:

You see the contradiction. The first post falsely accused the flesh eaters to belong to the Grail Movement. The second post rightly says that the flesh eaters were a brake away faction of the organisation.

You see the people that committed this crime were no longer part of the Grail movement. They were banned from the movement because of their own imaginings and fantasies.

Also rotimy have finally prove my point that The Gail Message and its writer did not start any cult, or religion. From rotimy's earlier post we read:
rotimy:

[i]The Grail Movement is an organization which originated in Germany in the late 1940s, inspired by the work of Oskar Ernst Bernhardt (also known by his pen name Abdruschin or Abd-ru-shin), principally In the Light of Truth: The Grail Message. Abd-ru-shin did not found the organization; the movement as it exists today was formally organized by followers.

The Grail Movement has been described both as a new religious movement and as a cult

My advice to you is this:
Since you have the book and you are reading it. Forget about what others do or what any organization do. The book is written for mankind and not to any organisation. Just concentrate on what you find in the book. The book never said that reader should join any organisation. Please don't judge the book by what others do. After reading the book you might decided not join any organisation. The choice is yours.
The right way to proceed is to examine and scrutinize the words and not any organisation. If you don't find the book worthy to live by just drop it and forget about it. If you do then base your life on the teachings of the book and not any organisation.

About woman, and womanhood.
Man and woman are equal only that they represent different polarity. Man is active, coarse and masculine in his activity while woman is passive, fine and feminine in her activity. Spiritually women stand on a step half higher than man. Thus in a way, the woman is spiritually stronger than man, that is why she is more refined and gentle in her activity. But physically man is stronger than the woman. Man incarnates in a stronger physical body in-order to aid his masculine nature in functioning actively on earth. While women incarnate in a more delicate and softer physical bodies, a body delicate enough to aid her refined and gentle nature in her activity on earth.
Spiritually man is partly dependant on the woman because the woman is designed to receive higher spiritual currents and pass it down to man and other creatures. She does this with her spirit which is half a step higher than man's spirit. Just as her physical body receives the seed and carries the child(pregnancy) and finally delivers the child, the same way(although not exactly) her spirit receives spiritual energy and passes it down to man.
But the woman can only perform these tasks when she is living in the laws of God. But when she deviates from the right way and followes vanity then she will be cut off from this spiritual energy and then her environment will starve.
Lucifer knows that man is partly dependant on the woman, that's why he(Lucifer) deceived woman first. And naturally man followed because man is partly dependant on the woman.
To summarize. The woman being spiritually and intuitively stronger should protect man spiritually, while man being coarser and physically strong should protect woman physically. Therefore the field of activity of woman is in the home and the hart. And the field of activity of man is in the outside world, in work, in warfront and in providing physically for the family. But this does not mean that the woman should remain at home and not go out or to work. It only means that in her work she should employ her delicate nature, grace, charm, gentility and love. Any work that prevents the woman from employing these qualities is not right for woman.
Therefore it is wrong for women to behave like men, dress like men, and do masculine works. A woman should be a woman and a man should be a man.  Just as her hair flow down to her shoulders, (which is a physical symbolism of the way spiritual currents should through her) so shall her dress and manners. She should ware long and flowing dresses and not masculine cloths. She should not do masculine activity, ie hunting, fighting in a war, war leader and etc because such activities will make her delicate nature rough, thereby preventing her from receiving the required spiritual currents that her environment needs. She does not need any special training or occult trainings to achieve her high role, she only needs to be a woman and live in the laws of God.

About Marriage:
Marriage is only an earthly thing. In the beyond and in paradise there is nothing like marriage. But marriage is necessary for us in-order for us to lean how to co-exist and how to love(achieve perfect harmony). Love is the greatest gift of God. Without love one cannot enter Paradise, so part of our mission on earth is to learn to love. Marriage, if done in accordance with the WILL OF GOD will aid us in learning to love, achieving love or experiencing love. To love every creature, like Jesus did, indicates spiritual maturity. But as humans we have to start from one person. That's why we pick a partner, and if we allow pure love to develop for this partner soon we will learn to love all. Since man and woman are split species, only when they come together and work harmoniously can they achieve perfect harmony. Although living together and being married is not a prerequisite for achieving this hamony.

Also marriage is necessary in-order to provide a conducive environment for other souls who wish to incarnate on earth. These are the children that result from the union of man and woman. In their upbringing, children need  to experience the guidance of positive (active, masculine) father and the negative (passive, feminine) mother. A child raised by such parents will be a good member of the society. But this does not mean that two people(man and woman) who can't have children should not be married. The major purpose of marriage is not just to raise children but to work harmoniously with a partner who complements you, ie - working together and harmoniously towards a high aim. This experience--working together with a partner whose qualities so complements yours -- aids our spiritual development. This working harmoniously together is love.

Thus for a marriage to be right before God, there most be harmony between the parties(husband and wife). Before picking a partner one must make sure his/her partner is compatible with him/her. Only on such compatibility can true love develop. And any marriage that lacks true love and harmony is immoral before God.
Therefore a man must cherish, honnor, love and physically protect his wife; and likewise the woman should cherish, honnor and love her husband, then automatically her husband and children will be spiritually protected. A couple that cannot meet this requirement should not get married. Marrying somebody that you don't love is a sin and sexual intimacy in such marriages is immoral, adultery or fornication, even if you two have already wedded. This is because the woman is simply not made to be your wife, ie she dosen't have the qualities or character that is complementary your qualities or character. There are numerous women for a man and their are numerous men for a woman. One is not limited to a particular woman or man. There a more than a thousand women that one man can find harmony with; likewise, there are more than a thousand men that one woman can find harmony with. He/she only needs to look carefully and most importantly pray for Gods guidance in finding the right partner.

Just as marriage can bring so many blessings, it can also bring so many harm if it is not done in accordance to the WILL OF GOD.
But everybody must not get married. If you can remain single without sining then it's okay not to get married. It remains the individual's choice. Jesus did not get married, this alone shows us that it is okay not to get married. People should not be forced into marriage. Also, people should never interfer, disturb, or end a marriage that is in accordance with the will of God. Only on the grounds of immorality like I explained above should a marriage be dissolved.

The above are my perceptions or my experiencing of the Grail Message. I advise every reader to personally read the Grail message and have his/her own personal perception.

Thanks and remain blessed.

You have made several sweeping allegations on this thread on a book you admitted that you have not read. The authors to the links you posted just like yourself have not read the Grail Message, yet they have their opinions. The links you posted absolutely have nothing to do with the Grail Message. The Grail Message is a book of 1000 plus pages available to anyone who desires to examine it. I challenge you to provide just one evidence to support your assertion that the Grail Message is a cult book. Thanks

What light have you seen from their message? Grail message is not a christian body and share nothing on the body of christ. They even deny the immaculate conception and the deity of Christ, abi?.

You make an unfounded claim. You are asked to provide the evidence and you come back with more unfounded claims. Please if you are serious, make a quotation for the Grail Message to show that it denied immaculate conception, the diety of Jesus. The last statement you made concerning Virgin Mary is so morally repugnant that I am astonished that such a thought can even enter the mind of a human being, not to talk of ascribing such impure and unholy thoughts to the Grail Message.

This is unbelievable!!!!
I am shocked. I can't believe that somebody can tell such a lie. How dare you lie like this in the internet and in this age where people can easily get information on the issue at hand.
Is it Christlike to tell a lie about a book that you don't like, or to make uninformed allegations against a book that you have not read.

The Grail Message never said that "that virgin Mary got laid in the garden by an unknown angel to father Jesus."

This allegation by redhotchick is a complete lie and readers should not attach this lie to the Grail Message, a book which comfirms and explains the real meaning of immaculate conception.
It is impossible for a human being to get laid by an angel which is not human and doesn't have a physical body. This is an impure thought that can only arise from a corrupt mind. That is not immaculate conception either. I can speak later about immaculate conception if there is any body who wishes to know about it.

hi all. i will like to moderate at this point.

posters on the 'immaculate conception' should pls be cautious with their claims and counter claims as you all will admit/agree that it quite a sensitive ground having in mind that it involves the Holy Spirit and we are quite familiar with BLASPHEMY.

i'd say its only civilised and the ideal thing to do that you post claims with fact (or rather supposed facts so that others opposing relate on those grounds) than making barbaric claims that are unfounded angry . that i forbid okro soup does mean okro soup is poison.

cheers all.

@justcool.
thanks for the post on marriage. you did well but you only shed light on marriage. the primary thing i'd like you to do is talk on woman, womanhood. actually maybe i should have said sex not marriage as i am trying as best as i can to relate sex to woman's intuition.
In The Light Of Truth no doubts cleard the air on some issues but certainly did that with more questions coming to mind. so pls primarily talk woman, man, sex. thanks
