Oga ZinoFego

Thanks for the good work you are doing here, I am quite new on Joomla and I have an issue now. There is a job I am pursuing but only two things are holding me up at the moment. Please, I need your help because I have to do a presentation on Wednesday (Deadline). Thanks in anticipation:

1. I need An extension/component to make customizable login. That users of the website that logs into it are redirected to a particular page or module content prepared for them on Log-In.
In Joomla 2.5 the Native log-in is such that all users of a website are re-directed to only one page (just one page) on Log-In.
But in my case what I need is E.g. If I have 5 users, all 5 will be directed to 5 different pages on the website after they login. That is Ade Logs-in and is redirected to Home-Page, Osas Logs-in and is redirected to About-Us, Samuel logs-in and is redirected to Our-Services and so on and so on (even if I have up to 20 users on the website).

2. I need an extension/component to integrate tracking on a website. The tracking will be real time locational tracking, that is a tracking to show the different locations of goods, like DHL, FEDEX.
Thanks and God Bless, Looking up to your reply in earnest.

Re: Joomla FREE Training On Nairaland Live!!! by ZinoFego: 7:53am On Sep 21, 2014
1. Log into your cPanel
2. Click on phpMyAdmin
3. Click on the website's database name
4. Click on "wszx1_users" where "wszx1" is the table prefix of the database. Your table prefix should be different
5. From the list of users displayed, clcik on "edit" for the admin user. Take note of the admin username here.
6. On Password column, choose "MD5" from the drop drown as the "Function" of the Password. Clear the Password that is there and enter a new one. Please use a regular Password that you can remember.
7. Scroll down and click "Go" to save.
8. Return to your website and login again.

Hello friends, Are Your thinking of owning a Bulksms portal or Starting a Bulksms Business but scared to get stucked in a very restricted or will I say rigid reseller system with no consideration for you and a strict design policy that makes each website look almost the same only for the name to be different??.. and being forced to stick to one sms provider who is making you buy sms units at a cut throat price?... This is my story, I have been a victim of this too..! I bought an ebook from Jide Ogunsaya of ogbongeblog.com for N4000 on how to set up a bulksms website, just to discover that led me to having a "rigid" sms reseller store with smslive247.com - you can check it here www.giffysms.com! I had to buy my own domain name, pay them etc.. Men that was the worst business I have ever gotten into! I was stuck with having a 'green' website when I was not so much a green fan. I was also stuck with buying sms at a cut throat price the same with normal users even as a reseller, the last stroke came when I discovered that all their resellers had the same website partner! Well as Will Smith will say in 'Hitch' -"This is the information I feel Obliged to pass to my fellow Men". The truth of the matter is get a website that you are the boss!, where you can decide to paint blue now and red later..., or decide to use MTN now and Glo later instead of just sticking to just Visafone (no offense pls!) Check out what you will get with this Offer:

==>You will have absolute control of your Website (from the design to the color to every other aspect of the web site, e.t.c)

==>You will have total control / access to the control Panel and the website’s Backend / Administrative end,

==>You will get 1000 sms to any Network Free to kick-start your Bulk SMS Business,

==>You will get an online payment module to accept payment online with any stress... even when you are asleep,

==>You can Use any Gateway You choose to use, Initially we will give you free of charge a gateway we also use, which cost N5,000 to set up.

==>You will have a GSM Number Generator installed for you to generate active phone numbers to start publicizing your business

==>You will have your face book fan page integrated with your Bulk SMS site to connect you fans,

==>You will have the jealously guarded “call-me-back” software installed for you to get phone call request from your clients / customers to discuss business.

==>You will have Google Adsense integrated into your portal if you are on adsense! so you could earn more money!!

==>You will also Get sample SMS Proposals for free (mind you these proposals cost N1000 each)!!!

==>You will be buying sms for a Flat rate of N1.30 per sms, from 1 sms and Above,

==>And above all you get 247 support in case of any challenge!

==>Note this is for just N13,500 only for the first 50 persons and I mean 50 persons only!!!

Hello everyone,
I would like to tell you about free web hosting service I use now.
Register here: http://www.000webhost.com/804865.html
They give 1500 MB of disk space and 100 GB data transfer. I am
now using them for about 3 months and never seen any
downtime of server problems. There is no any kind of advertising
on my pages too, so I think its worth to signup.

Pls I need to know something here. How can I get an online storage system where I can upload music for the public to download? Am running a music download blog and I need it pls.
Re: Joomla FREE Training On Nairaland Live!!! by ZinoFego: 11:45am On Sep 25, 2014
You need to source for a music component that does client download. It'll specify where you can upload your music into. This is usually your website hosting space or YouTube.

Some components allow you to upload your music to any music hosting platform as long as you can provide the URLs to such files.
