That's when it writes SYSTEM ERROR with some rubbish codes. My advice, use pc direct. It'll go smoothly. If you've tried using pc and its showing the same thing, then try later.

No. It takes place WITHIN 7 days before or after the main exam.

once the internet connection is fast no problem because some site like ubc is full of javascript and very heavy takes time to connect
